It was convenient getting check-in details by text message. We specifically chose a smaller room, but we were given several chances to switch to a larger one. We were given a choice of continental or hot breakfast. The hot breakfast was delicious and filling. The owner was friendly and we had a wonderful conversation with him and with other guests as well. There was ample parking on-site. About 5 minutes drive to the Salmonid Interpretive Centre and Corduroy Trails, both worthwhile places to visit.

Everything was great

The property was attractive, welcoming and clean. The room was large and well set out. The shower was accessible. Tea and coffee was available all day to make yourself. I left a precious pack of cards and am still trying to negotiate its return. Breakfast was very good and gluten free was catered for. Everyone was very friendly. Tables were shared but it was interesting to meet other people.

Would have liked the tea and coffee facility to be provided in the room.

This owner has pretty much everything figured out. Wasnt overbearing like many inn or b&b owners. Gave you space, but was there if you needed him. He arranged a self serve snack buffet and kitchenette which was nice. Tea, coffee, all that was available any time. Breakfast was quick and private. Everything was ready when I arrived. Bed was very comfy, ac worked well too. Place is well renovated and up to date. Private bathroom too.

Parking area was very uneven and broken up pavement. Difficult for motorcycles to find even ground. A usb power bar would have been nice in the room to charge devices.

We liked that it is not situated in a city per se, but more on the outskirts. Beautiful setting and walking trails behind it. It was not a cookie cutter room, but a lot more personable. We celebrated our anniversary and they gave us a bucket of ice with a bottle of champagne and some lights in it! Very nice! Also, their free breakfast was made for you, also a very nice touch!!

This is in a quiet neighborhood and has a wonderful character. Check-in was smooth and very friendly. They had a nice sitting area upstairs and down. I liked being able to use the kitchenette area for making tea and sitting to enjoy the quiet before a delicious breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. I met some lovely people before and at breakfast that I now stay in touch with!

A cosy and quaint B&B stay after a long day on the road. Loved the mini shop front for snacks and the breakfast set up was so welcoming also.

We probably overestimated the size of our room (we deliberately booked the smallest for economical reasons) and that there would be stairs that we would have to carry our 3 suitcases up. Minor detail though and would not put us off staying again.

Easy contact free check in. Beautiful and tastefully decorated building, comfortable and immaculate accommodations, proximity to Corduroy Brook Nature Trails, excellent breakfast efficiently prepared and served.

Actually there was nothing we didn't like. The temptation of all the wonderful snacks laid out for guests to purchase on the honourvsystem was alonst too much but we resisted!!

Really cozy b&b with many places to sit inside and outside if you don't want to stay in your room. Large library with books to read. A table with snacks and drinks you can buy. Dishes, glasses, cutlery and a table to use if you want to eat some take away. Nice bathroom and comfy beds.

The "single" room with two single beds is indeed small for two persons, but it's not a problem since you can go and sit elsewhere and there is a sofa just beside the room. Use the A/C or it will get quickly hot in the room.

everyone was pleasant and helpful. they even allowed us to clean our camping gear. breakfast was excellent every morning. We booked the small room which was comfortable and still had a TV and fridge.

Although they do have laundry facitlies they charge $10.00 for a single load of laundry that we did ourselves

I loved the fellow at the desk when I came in. He was joyous and had great humour. The woman in the kitchen who made my gourmet breakfast was also amazing. I also happily received my messages sent before my arrival. I felt important and cared for.

The single bed I slept in was very soft in the middle so I had to sleep up against the wall with a pillow beside me to stop me from settling back into the sunken part of the middle.
