The room was very clean, the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The location provides ample access to bicycle and walking trails and within walking distance to most restaurants. The female employee (her name escapes me) at our check in was super nice and professional. Similar comments are also sent to other staff members. All were very helpful.

The weight training equipment require upgrading. Too bad the kayaks were not available during our stay, 1st week of June. (I'm guessing that the waters were still too cold).

The room is great and we enjoyed the rooftop and the restaurant. We appreciated the verses throughout the resort

The staff didn’t seem to know anything at any time. Nothing about the promotions on and nothing about pool hours etc. There was a card we were given for a meal at the restaurant and a spa service, and no one knew anything at front desk. The card told us to go to front desk and then we were told to go to vitality, and they knew nothing and sent us back to front desk. we were there over a month ago for our anniversary and still haven’t been contacted after filling out our information while there for these promos

The property was in a very convenient location to access the town as well as a reasonable distance to Blue Mountain. The bed was extremely comfortable.

They had provided us with a resort credit voucher but when we booked the kayaks they called us back to say that we couldn’t use them because the lake had “whitecaps”. We were near the lake and it seemed fine for kayaking. Also they should open the times up later as it is difficult to use the resort credit if you are not able to check in until 4 but the kayak rental closes at 5pm and doesn’t open until 9am the next day.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the workstation in the bedroom was handy. The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable despite only having a shower unit and no bath. We had a lake-view room, which was lovely.

The pull-out sofa was worn, and a little uncomfortable to sit on. The floors in our unit were worn and probably due for an update. We were not informed ahead of time how to get the power on in our unit - this was easily rectified with a call down to front desk. The spa was very nice, but we were disappointed that we were unable to use the Aquapath due to health concerns - it would have been good to know about the restrictions prior to booking our session.

Our room was brand new, small amount of wear which is to be expected for a longer term rental. 2 bedroom unit was nice for 2 families. Kitchen was large and fully stocked, washer and dryer in unit, lots of space, clean and beds were super comfortable. On site restaurant was fabulous!

Had to call down daily for pool reservation time, slide has been closed for some time, hot tubs were quite cloudy all the time but salt water pool was nice, staff were nice but on different pages with questions which was very frustrating. Elevators had lots of issues so if mobility is an issue ask for lower floors.

The room was lovely and large. We had a deluxe king room and our friends had the one bedroom suite which was spectacular. We weee there to visit grandchildren and they came and spent the day in the pool. It was raining so our picnic was in doubt but the lovely lady at the front desk allowed us to use the long table in the sitting room in the lobby which was absolutely perfect. The adults had dinner at the lakeside grill and we had the tomahawk platter which was delicious. We”d go back and we’d recommend to friends without hesitation.

I love the comfort of room, very very quiet.. You do hear children if they are loud or crying, but generally very soundproof. We had the best sleeps. The bed and pillows are amazing!! ! Beyond comfort View of water was lovely. Everything you need in kitchen and bathroom!

We were the end unit on 6th floor, around corner from elevator, so we had no roof above patio.it rained a few times, so we couldn't sit outside. Also , bathroom needs hooks for towels, it's lacking that for sure.

Rooms are great, quick check in, great value for money

The receptionist at the spa was very unfriendly. I went in twice for service and both times waited at the front (without acknowledgment that I was even there) didn’t look up from her computer for over 5 mins. It was very awkward way to begin my service (aqua path & a massage) I would suggest if she doesn’t enjoy customer service to find somewhere else to work. Each member of our party agreed it made for an uncomfortable arrival and off put our service) The rest of the staff was great from front desk to the restaurant

the property is in a great location close to downtown, It was really quiet. the room is a good size and the bed is comfortable

we were in the new section, and I would say the place was nice but there were a lot of incompleteness in our room. The thermostat did not work, and a lot of areas in the bathroom were not caulked so it was really dirty and some hair shavings under the counter trim. The bathroom floor is extremely slippery when it gets wet as well as the shower area. the pool and hot tub were a good size, but the area needs a lot of TLC!

The location, the lake

The hot tub was disgusting and dirty. The place could have been cleaner. Only 2 BBQs for the number of people there was and the size of the hotel. 1 of the BBQ wasn't working well, and the other one barely worked. The fire pit was locked and could only use 3 nights during the week for 3 hours and during day light time.. ... plus all those hotel fees, it was crazy. .. On top of that, $50 fee to use their BBQ utensils.
