Great location in the heart of Collingwood and good facilities. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The heat was easy to control and the room was comfortable. We were glad for the microwave and the mini bar fridge, which was convenient for take out if it needed to be heated up or stored away. Check in and check out was easy.

While the room was ample size for two people, it was still on the small end (we were at the end of the building). I'm not sure how large the other rooms were. Wished there was a workout room or at least a treadmill.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Small but clean room. Great tv and cable. Desk setup was perfect to do some work at. Very large updated bathroom. Comfortable bed. Conveniently located near restaurants and the downtown. Staff were able to accommodate both and early checkin and checkout - call and ask though!

Just be aware you are on the Main Street of the downtown core - there will be some unavoidable noise like snow plows or heavy traffic through the nearby McDonald’s - only noticeable if you’re a light sleeper (this would be applicable at all hotels in Collingwood though)

Very nice double/triple room with fridge and microwave, air conditioning, spic and span modern bathroom, and parking at the door, in an ideal location -- on First Street (Hwy 26) a few short blocks from Hurontario (i.e., the main street in historic Collingwood), half a block from remarkable waterfront park "The Arboretum", and a 10/15-minute drive from Blue Mountain. Tim Horton's on one side, Subway on the other, and fine restaurants and fashion shops in walking distance.

I would have loved a coffee maker -- but with Tim's two doors away and Starbucks a little further, it was not important.

we did not eat breakfast at hotel. Eating at Eggsmart up the street was nice. They serve Bailey's in your coffee. I liked the proximity to the ski resort. I don't have anything bad to say about my trip.

Collingwood is expensive to stay in. Tesla superchargers were down the entire time we were there. Busy area. Lots of people at Blue Mountain. There really isn't anything that I didn't like or regret about my trip.

Very lovely motel, the outside was quaint and pretty, the inside could use updating but it was perfect for our needs. I was happy with the cleanliness. We were visiting our son in town and the location was central to everywhere we went.

It was a little outdated but that didn't bother us our take away from our stay.

the young man who checked me in was very helpful, offering to call taxi and make local recommendations. room was simple but perfect. a nice bed, nice chair, a fine desk and washroom, and an easy to use television

there was quite a bit of noise above my room (11), I think from the owners/managers living above, especially in the morning and evening. pillows were too hard, forcing the head to high above the mattress

walkout rooms and plenty of storage including fridge space. outdoor and indoor seating in a great location at a great value. wake up calls every day. water pressure was great and the tub drained perfectly. basic amenities like shampoo and towels were great.

there was no coffee or coffee maker in the room but there was tim hortons and mcdonalds in walking distance. the air conditioner was a little tricky to use but overall the temperature was good.

they had no breakfast but the Golden arches was right beside us and that was great, also beds were excellent tv channels were very good, and wifi was also excellent, had rooms around the back of the motel, and was like a tomb, no noise at all, a 2 minute walk behind the motel was Harbour view park, with nice trails, views and a arboretum. Was close to Blue Mountain and stores were all along the strip. Staff was friendly and let us book in a bit after 12 and then we were able to take off around Collingwood and Wasaga Beach. One small thing but was nice was the towels were soft and not like sand paper like most motels. Also the mini fridge worked great and cooled stuff very well and the freeezer in it also worked (SURPRISE) as did the Microwave.

Lighting in the room could be a bit better but nothing else.

We skied at Osler as guests. We traveled night before to avoid storm. I had stayed there a month earlier and it was on main street and allowed for quick breakfast across road at McDonald's and then on to ski hill. Went with grandson on this trip. Met expectations for cleanliness, price and late check-in.

Manager had to bring the control to room depending on whether you were watching internet or cable tv. Seemed odd.

This motel room was the cleanest motel room I have ever stayed in. We were in Collingwood for a couple of hockey games. This motel was 2 km from the arena. Takeout restaurants and Tim Horton's was within easy walking distance. Could not really ask for anything more.

There really was no outdoor space to sit in, except a chair right outside of your room. We did know this by their pictures before we booked and for this stay, we did not need an outdoor area. Other than that, it was perfect.
