Property is in excellent shape. Very clean and the room the we stayed in (King suite 3rd Flr) is complete with kitchenette and the BR soaps smells really good! It also has an amazing coffee bar (free). TV and wifi signal are also excellent. Pillows are so soft and heating/cooling are awesome and in good working condition.

We stayed for 2 days and the only thing we would’ve liked is light housekeeping or even just providing us with clean towels but I guess we could’ve asked the desk too. :p It doesn’t have any gym or swimming pool (we knew that prior to booking) so it wasn’t really a big deal for us.

Close to everything in town. Nothing was more than 10-15min in any directions. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Having a full kitchen was great with a toddler. Plenty of free parking on site.

We needed to get another roll of TP, tissue box and 2 teabags after 1 night as there was barely anything there when we checked in. Staff was quick to get us our needs. I wish it did have a gym on-site that would usually be found at most hotels but not the end of the world.

The facility was reasonably new, so everything was fresh. Main thing which was great was the free laundry. Reception staff was very good.

Our bathroom flush was running sometimes. We complained about it and a person came to check it out. He didn't exactly repair it. He just told us to handle it in certain way so that it doesn't leak. We had to keep checking it every time we flushed the toilet. Repair would have been preferable.

Lovely new, clean building just outside of downtown Collingwood with little to no heavy traffic noise. Plenty of parking and Tim Horton’s across the street. Well setup kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, small full-size refrigerator, and most cutlery, pots and dishes you might need.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and layout of our room. We enjoyed the complimentary specialty coffees from the machine in the lobby. Staff were friendly and hotel was great value for a night in Collingwood, following a day at the local Scandinave Spa.

New, clean, spacious room and excellent facilities and furnishings. Kitchen section very well thought out. A few minutes drive from downtown Collingwood. Very welcoming staff throughout the establishment.

New hotel, very clean and well maintained. Rooms are a good size and the beds very comfortable. Staff were all pleasant to deal with and accommodating. I wood give it 6 stars if I could, I’ll be back!!

The room was clean and comfortable and we loved the fully stocked kitchenette and the t.v. that allowed us to stream from our phones. There were a wide variety of snacks available, reasonably priced.
