I liked that the property was very close to the Grand Bend strip. Only 2 minute drive, 10 minute walk. I loved how nice and clean the rooms were. The beds were also very clean and comfortable! The staff was very helpful and kind! The hotel was also very quiet, there was no sounds from nearby rooms or anything of the sort! Free parking and there was never a hassle to find space.

Not many facilities to take advantage of. For the price, we were only paying for the room. There was no pool or hot tub. While it is stated on the website, please remember that there is no elevator. The rooms are on the second floor so it may be difficult to go up and down the stairs with all of the luggage. This property may not be very accommodating for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues.

The design and the condition of the hotel were excellent. It is 5 years old, the style is modern and far exceeded our expectations. All rooms are on the 2nd floor, our room was facing forest, privacy was excellent. Rooms are in great condition. Floors are wooden and clean, no concerns about hygiene. The owner was very friendly and resolved all issues very fast.

Because of the COVID, there was no room service during our stay (3 nights). That was not an issue but we had to ask the owner to give us coffee for the coffee machine every day, which was annoying. I think the coffee could be just given us at the beginning for the whole stay.

We get there a little bit early because it was raining and we can't stay at the beach. There was no one at the front desk so we had to wait a little longer which we don't mind. When one of the employee showed up, he checked us in but didn't got to go to the room right away as they were still cleaning it. Although it's fine since we had to take our lunch anyway. The location was 15-20 minutes walk from the main beach, but after few times of walking back and forth it felt shorter. The place was quiet and our room was really clean, my husband even liked the way the sheets smelled like. Their beds are comfy and plush, I even liked their toiletries. There was a container mounted on the wall for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which in my opinion way much better than those small ones from other hotels. Overall our stay was awesome and might consider them again when going to Grand Bend beach.

What great staff! So friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here just for them. The room and bathroom were both very clean. Nice location not too far from the main strip. It took about 15-20 minutes to walk there, or a very short drive. No Frills located across the street for a quick restock trip (water/snacks). Some good restaurants walking distance.

No fan in the bathroom (and the bathroom was right next to the bed, a fan would have been helpful). The ice machine was a bit small, there were a few times that other guests emptied it out and we bought some across the street.

The fact that we couldn’t get accommodations in or closer to Kincardine for a highlands games festival we appreciate that you had a room available. The distance between your hotel and Kincardine was 100km that we had to do twice /day for the duration of festival ( this was the only disadvantage). Coming from Hamilton this we had no other choice). We did enjoy the comfort of the room and bed and the peace and quiet after all this driving daily.

Beds were as comfortable as a 5 star hotel! Shower excellent and amenities in shower if you forgot your soap, shampoo or conditioner! Best sleep ever! Very nice greeting. Kind and helpful staff!!!!!

There was nothing we did not like! It was perfect!

We arrived late and staff kindly stayed up to let us in. Our room was lovely - very spacious with lots of character and it was flooded with the morning sun! We would definitely stay again!

Beds were exceptionally comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Location convenient. Coffee maker with excellent coffee provided, microwave in lounge area. Everything in the hotel and our room was very clean.

Although the bathroom shower was excellent and of good quality, having no sink countertop with space for normal toiletry items was a little tricky. There were 2 spacious drawers below the sink for toiletry storage but nowhere to place items while using them (e.g. toothbrush, cosmetics etc.). There was plenty of space for hanging clothes but no dressers for other items. We managed by using the night-tables for clothes storage. OK for a few nights but it would have been inconvenient for a longer stay. Having no elevator makes it difficult to handle luggage as all the rooms are on the second floor - however the staff was very helpful in this regard.

It was a nice room and the area was quiet

I had to haul all my stuff at the stairs, no elevator. The towels in the room have been used many times & one of mine I could see threw

The motel was within driving distance to the main beach at Grand Bend and eating places so fairly central. The cost was a little high for me but it seemed to be the only place available when I went July 6 to 7th, 2021. Aside from that it was as Quiet as I wished and very comfortable on the whole, No elevator available and since my knees are not the best, The staff did help me out by carrying my suitcase to my room, which I did appreciatte.

No breakfast was provided and no elevator was in the building.. As mentioned the price I found was a little high, with tax over $200.
