Super clean room and very polite, helpful staff. It was a good location for me as it's a few minutes from gas, food, and a quick exit from town. The towels and bed linens were all very soft and clean. It was also very quiet at night and I did have a good sleep. Overall, the hotel will be very nice when finished.

Over-priced for what is offered. They are under construction so not a great place for an extended stay. No hairdryer or makeup remover towlettes which I learned on checking out was over-looked when setting up the room. My toe caught the sharp end of a carpet tack sticking out of the carpet by the bathroom. Staff came and took a picture for a report but was not able to do anything about the tack so I made sure to be careful stepping over that area. Parking on the property may also be problematic as they have a lot of construction equipment taking up space at the moment. I was fortunate to get one of the last spaces.

Breakfast was great! Byron in the kitchen, went above and beyond, ensuring that there was a different hot meal, everyday. Ask him about 'Momma'. 10/10

In the town there were two events on both weekends, that jacked up the prices extraordinarily. The inflated prices cost me more than my flights and car rental for the week. 1/10 The pool access at the rec centre is closed over the summers - every summer. 1/10

Our departure time was before breakfast. Check in was quick and easy. Room was as advertised. Plenty of pillows, thank you for that. Room was clean and fresh.

In this price point, the property met all of our expectations. There really wasn't anything to not like. One point, and it was my fault for not saying anything, we were on the 2nd floor, no elevator. I'm disabled and 1st floor would have been nice. But again, my fault for not requesting it.

Did not have the breakfast. Enjoyed the coffee though.

The outside garbage can near the entry was filled to overflowing for a full 24 hours before it was emptied. Paper scraps and garbage littlered the little bush area alongside the motel.

Breakfast was good. The location was very good. The staff were quite friendly, especially a guy at the front desk - tall wears glasses with a lot of hair. He was supper welcoming and friendly.

The air conditioning in the room was way way too noisy.

we travel with our small pup, so I really appreciated the fact the pet friendly rooms had patio doors.

only down side was there were quite a few “down on their luck” kind of people hanging around (some drinking quite heavily) making it a tad bit uncomfortable at times.

Very friendly staff, gave us an early check in, helped with everything and were always available. Great location, and good room, very clean and with no weird smell.

The towels were too dark, hard to check if they were clean.

We were driving thru to the west coast and got caught in a bad winter storm. We had to stay in Kenora an extra day. The rooms were nice and clean. The best part were the deers that came up to the window for a visit. Would go back. Great customer service. One happy customer.

We loved that our room was on the first floor and we had a big window to access outside (parking lot) and our car (that we parked in front of the room), and we also had deer visiting us! The room and bathroom were a good size. As we had our cat with us we needed a pet friendly room. The receptionist put us on first floor but did’t tell us that it would be more expensive. When we got the bill and the price was different from when I made the reservation, I went to the reception to talk to the guy that was there and he was very understandable and friendly and returned the difference for us!

A great location close to a golf course to take a long walk after a long haul with our dog. Plus close to good amenities & restaurants. Friendly staff & clean room with comfy beds. No complaints here. Great value.
