Kelly at front desk was great! I remembered her from last stay 2 years ago. Pleasant welcome after long drive. Stocked breakfast bar and good staff. Coffee was enjoyably hot. Comfortable beds and linens. Convenient blackout curtains and room amenities.

Spa was unavailable. Would have been more convenient to enter by the side doors. Front lobby furniture arrangement made getting the full luggage trolley through not easy. No hot chocolate in rooms for keurig. Cream cheese at breakfast unavailable after 1st morning. Shower curtain (in room for disabled) was not long enough to prevent floor from getting complete wet. Room lighting/ mirror placement not good for makeup application. Hair dryer not very effective. Evening clerk (no name tag) at front desk on phone during our interaction, was dry and impersonal, gave off negative vibes.

The breakfast and breakfast server were amazing. She deserves a raise and a larger serving area. It was so homey and welcoming and delicious. The hotel books 300 people but breakfast area only seats 46. There are nice seats outside to eat as well. Staff are amazing but overworked. Would be nice to get more staff to help out.

More staff needed at check in and check out. More seating area for breakfast. Breakfast server was totally amazing she deserves a huge wage. She helped seat our family of four when seating was at a premium.

The hotel was good, with a warm pool that the kids enjoyed a lot. The location was perfect, with go-cart, Station beach, grocery store, Tim Hortons and several restaurants nearby. This is an excellent choice for families with kids, you won’t regret booking it.

However, we were not happy with the non-working bathtub and the missing room service during our stay of three nights.

The bed was extremely comfy, hotel was very clean, close to a bar/restaurant and grocery store. the woman who served the breakfast was very cheerful and attentive. all the staff were very helpful.

the breakfast was generally the same every day so after 10 days it got a bit repetitive, also the ingredients weren't the best quality. quite a distance from the main street and only one taxi in the whole town.

It was a good stay, that is why we often choose Comfort Inn Breakfast was normal/good

Normally we found the price in other Comfort Inn's acceptable. This time at $299 in a smallish town Kincardine, I found the price to be very high. Often we just book a Comfort Inn, but I advise you to be careful, because this pricing makes me shop around more!

No pancake mix the entire 4 days we were there. Eggs were never even warm. Sausages had very little meat, mostly filler. Bacon was perfect! Breakfast staff were super! Great location. On our 2nd day a staff member came to our door asking if we needed any more towels, shampoo, cups, etc. Loved this extra service!

Liked that they had vegetarian options. Debris left in the corners on the floor of the bathroom.

The staffs were friendly The hotel (including pool & gym) was clean

When it was crowded, the breakfast quality was lower. The lady who was in charge of the kitchen was very nice and hardworking, though. The problem was their limited space and resources.

Very good breakfast. Quiet location.

The lever in the tap in the tub that controls water flow(whether to go through the tap or to the shower head) was seized up so half the water ran out the tap at all times. Still had pressure for a good shower but needs repair.

Breakfast was fabulous . Lot of selection and the staff running the breakfast room was very friendly. Most accommodating.

We stayed 2 nights on the second night we found out there was no taxi service, A suggestion would be that the hotel has a shuttle service or connection with a driver for their guests to transport them to a restaurant for a night out.

We enjoyed the breakfast; the hotel was well-located and had many parking spaces. Also a good restaurant close by.

The hotel room requires renovation and better quality amenities such as a bigger TV and a tall toilet.
