Actually I was surprised, I've spent more for lower disappointing quality. This actually exceeded it!

Noticed fitness room door was locked couldn't look inside to check out equipment. I'm a fitness equipment service tech and do LOTS of work for hotels mainly in the gtaa , so I like to see what they have. But, not a big deal, I figured you have to ask for the key for the door. So it's not actually a complaint or something I didn't like. Must be for a reason,

We went to Kincardine to visit our daughters who were camping at Inverhuron Provincial Park with their families. The hotel was conveniently located for the visit. We arrived a bit early for check in, but the super nice lady at reception said there was no problem to get the room ahead of time. The room was simple but comfortable and well equipped. Same goes for the bathroom and everything and everywhere was immaculately clean. Good and abundant towels and nice linen. The bed was comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Great shower, a real plus after a whole day outdoors. The hotel was very quiet despite being full. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and perfectly cooked. No burnt or greasy dishes. We are frequent travellers and hotels’ veterans and we have put this hotel in our return list.

The air conditioner and bathroom fan were a bit noisy.

Great breakfast, comfortable bed and mattress, lots of parking, friendly staff

VERY DUSTY ROOM - DIRTY CARPETS WHERE YOU COULD SEE WHERE PEOPLE HAD WALKED AND WHERE THE VACUUM NEVER WENT FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS - UNDER THE BED, CHAIR LEGS DUSTY, TOP OF HEADBOARD DUSTY(LOTS OF DUST) TABLE LEGS - MIRROR IN BATHROOM PAINT PEELED OFF AND OLD PAINT DRIPPING OFF OF THE OLD RUSTED CHROME LIGHT ALONG WITH RUSTY TISSUE BOX ON WALL

The accessible room was beautifully, laid out, clean and pleasing to the eye. The staff was very helpful.

The TV required help from staff in order to get it to work. Something needed to be reset and that was a little frustrating. However, the staff member was happy to help.

The breakfast was hot and delicious, dining area was clean and plenty of space for all. It was helpful coming in from the back parking lot there were no stairs which made accessibility easy.

The door to the back parking lot had to be pulled shut otherwise would not be secure.

Good value for the price. Full hot breakfast, including eggs, sausage, potatoes, 4 or 5 cereal options, fresh waffles, yogurt, muffins, bagels, toast, coffee/ tea and one fruit option. Clean rooms, plenty of towels, all the necessities without the trimmings.

Old carpets, however looked clean/ vacummed. The skin lotion in the multi dose dispenser did not look or smell appealing.

It was a great breakfast . The facilities were clean and well maintained.

I had asked front desk to NOT bill my credit card as we weren't sure who would be paying the bill. There were 4 of us. They billed me anyway before checkout

Beds were clean and comfortable, lots of pillows, and had mattress protectors, main desk had lots of space to put things on. Mini fridge. Room smelled clean. Free cancelation and don't pay until you stay!

Room a little too small for 4 people to move around in, bottom of tub was worn out so looked a little dirty and had a pink cleaning product film in it, not enough towels or face cloths for 4 guests placed in room before hand, only one bedside table in the middle of the two beds so none for the guests on the outside bed spot. Also could use better lighting too dim.

Breakfast was very good. Nothing to dislike

Unfortunately I could not eat the sausages were undercooked and raw.. egg was fine. Coffee was goodlFoo

If the cafeteria are was bigger to accommodate guests who had special needs. Not enough seats.
