Friendly staff and easy check in. Elevators. Pool (though didnt use)

The coffee wasnt hot in the morning and there was little selection for breakfast. The pillows were too fluffy and the bed offered no support, I woke with extremely sore back. It took 4 inquiries to find out of I could have a late check out of 1pm as I was arriving from South America the previous night and wanted the extra time. I was finally contacted the night before I arrived that I would be charged after 12:00. Hotel was too far from airport for my liking, but that's my responsibility

The experience was ok. The hotel was clean.

My husband was rudely interrupted by an unknown guy at the front desk while we were checking in. He walked up and stood so close it got tense for a minute. The clerk explanation was, this guy was paying a deposit. ( which wasn't the case after we took a minute to look at it closer) .That was a bit upsetting and I'm not sure if I can talk him into staying at the hotel on our next leisure date night getaway.

Breakfast was ok. Good enough to start the day. Room was clean and quiet. Pool looked nice, but didn't have the opportunity to use it. Coffee was good. Check inand check out was quick and easy.

Hotel charged a 200 dollar deposit 4 days prior to my arrival. Also charged a 100 dollar deposit upon arrival. 300 dollar deposit for a 130 dollar room was not necessary.

Everything is fine as discussed.

I had noticed a bed bug on. My sheets, I also saw an ant on AC. Ac controllers not on device.

The room is well maintained and cleaned. It has the needed essentials such as tissue/kleenex, soap, shampoo & conditioner, also soft towels are provided. There is fridge, microwave, iron, and hair dryer. The tub room is well maintain. They have a high speed internet. The staff in the front desk is accommodating.

The downside during our stay is that there is a road construction outside the property.

Only one thing i noticed, the bath towel which sits on top of the others had black smudges on it, like a dab of black shoe polish, in 3-4 places. i still used the towel but it was disconcerting. i know it's difficult to inspect every towel, but you asked about the lower rating, so i have to explain, even if i wouldn't have complained otherwise.

Everything. Breakfast was good. Staff was great and pool was warm. Beds were super comfortable and gym was nice. Would return 10x over. Great deal on a rooms for 12 people. Returned deposit as soon as we left. Had a great time.

It was a decent room for the money, clean for the most part and no problems checking in or out.

The front desk staff were efficient but did not welcome you at all. Our room had not been vacuumed and the counter in the bathroom had not been cleaned. Everything else was decent.

breakfast was wonderful, room was quite clean and actually everywhere was very clean. staff were nice and friendly. Location is very convenient and also public transit is available. I like this hotel.

There was no drinking water in the room. Because if somebody after coming from long trip and relax in room looking for water. There was not even a single bottle . And when i called reception they told come to lobby and drink water from the machine .
