The location is perfect. Also the receptionist was very helpful to accomodate our luggage after the checkout for our safety. The cleanliness of the room was good. Everything was perfect for temporary stays.

Only one disadvantage was the hotel doesn't provide breakfast or tea coffee or any food for that matter...you need to go to next door to a timshorton or Wendy's for your morning coffee and snack. I felt the amount we paid for the stay atleast deserves a quick breakfast provided within the hotel. But no complaints the Tim's was literally next door. Overall a great stay and if one wants a budget friendly convenient location, this hotel serves all your needs.

Very friendly, courteous and attentive staff. Great location and you can see they are putting a lot of work into the establishment. There were some quirks with our bathroom sink but, they're renovating so it's to be expected. It's nice to see that they want to make improvements. Too often hotels just want your money.

It's not even something I don't like but, I didn't know there was a $200 room deposit. Just caught me off guard and figured others should know ahead of time.

Clean, spacious, very comfortable bed, close to restaurants and cafés, staff very friendly and accommodating.

Elevator is not working so guests should be advised prior to booking since it is being replaced so will be out of order for some time yet. Also, pots and pans were available but little else in the kitchenette, not even a can opener. Be prepared to provide own dishes etc.

There was no breakfast, but there was a Tim Hortons a very short distance away.

There was a rubber mattress cover on the bed that made a lot of noise whenever we climbed into bed or rolled over. Our bathroom light did not work when we arrived, but upon notifying the desk of this, the issue was promptly taken care of.

It was nice to see upgrades both recently completed and on-going. Staff was wonderful.

I ended up beside the stairs and could often here people running up and down at night. The overall cleanliness was very good just small oversights like the bathroom vent was pretty full of dust.

Close to public transport, main highway access . Food and groceries on walking distance

Little old construction and if your room on ground floor then walking noise from upstairs will kill you specially in night .

Stayed here unexpectedly when we needed to add another day on to a trip due to exhaustion. Room was clean and quiet, staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was really relaxing.

the looooooong walk from the elevator to rooms on the other side of the building was less than delightful.

I was pleasantly surprised by the nice design and amenities inside the room. The bed was comfortable, there was a coffee machine, several mood lamps, an iron and even a hairdryer in the bathroom. I had expected something worse.

The carpets in the hallways could have been cleaner.

I liked how the room had a full-size fridge and kitchenette. The bed was comfortable, and so were the pillows. It was also nice to see a motel allow pets. Was nice to see other people's dogs as I didn't bring my own.

They accommodated us when we asked for a room on first floor. We'll not at first until I explained husband has mobility issues and can not climb the stairs.

The bed was not that comfortable everything else was great for the price.
