The included breakfast was amazing!! Pancakes, waffles cereal, juice, eggs, toast, sausages and sometimes bacon!! The bed was extremely comfortable and the black out curtains were superb. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially with me asking a lot of questions. The free shuttle from the airport was so helpful! Easy access to public transport

It was a bit loud not just the planes and traffic but the air conditioning was a bit loud at times. The room was a bit smaller than the pictures show and there was no bath. I found it hard getting food close by as it's an industrial area.

The hotel is brand new and the staff are incredibly helpful arranging for airport shuttle service, storing luggage, making sure the room was comfortable, and even helping us with breakfast when we overslept and missed the buffet.

The room is small, but comfortable and well equipped with ironing board, iron, refrigerator, large television, and bathroom necessities. Black out curtains helped with bright lights from the road outside. It would be nice if it also had a small microwave for heating food.

Love the staff, very professional yet personable. Decore is superb, really colorful and fun. Awesome amenities (games, work stations, pool, gym, breakfast, shuttle). It was sparkling clean (new!). Lots of USB ports. Great window coverings. Love the soap dispensers. Comfy bed. Massive TV. Even has a spy hole in the door! Great fun and snappy design details throughout.

The only thing they missed is that USB is out and C-type is the new standard, so you do have to have your own adaptor.

Excellent service, pertectly clean, cozy, and comfortable rooms. It was the best hotel we have recently stayed in Toronto area. The great breakfast, helpful staff, free shuttle to the airport, and 24 hour free tea, coffee and drinking water made our stay memorable!

Check-in process could be faster, but it was still good thanks to the talented receptionist.

Room 129, as we mentioned to the staff.. Wheelchair access shower water ran all the way past the drain on the bathroom floor close to toilet. The exit door to parking lot next to the room was ridiculously noisy each time someone left the building. This started at 5 am!

The breakfast was great (there was some issues with the pancake machine - but staff was quick to help)...the location was fantastic....the A/C was a little noisy. I did not see any signs on the floor pointing where the elevator was. The staff at all levels were very cordial and helpful

The staff welcomed me as I came in and they really kind to understand my frustration with the airline issue I had. They recommended me what time to leave and also offered me the free shuttle bad to the airport option. They informed me about the breakfast and the facilities as well.

Breakfast is good. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Bed is very comfy.

The shuffle from the airport to the hotel was terrible. We had to wait almost 2 hours. I understand that there is traffic around the area but 2 hours it is too much time.

Coffee in the room would have been nice. Coffee bar in the lobby was always under stocked and dirty. Not enough seating for breakfast and wooden utensils were horrible. So much waste with the paper plates.
