We enjoyed our stay a lot! The room was good and pretty clean, and the hotel provided shampoo, conditioner and soap (the soap was a bit weird, but fine lol). The bed was clean and soft. Also, a huge THANK YOU for a great A/C :)

The only concern we had was breakfast. Maybe I am picky, but here are some things I would recommend to change: 1. Hot water in a kettle instead of a broken water machine 2. Napkins on each table 3. Stronger tableware. The ones we had were made of very thin plastic 4. Milk in addition to cream for coffee 5. Not about breakfast, but I would really appreciate water in the room.

My family did like the waffles for breakfast and they had other choices like hard boiled eggs cereal toast Bagels yogurt

What could have been better for breakfast was they could have had a choice of apple juice or orange juice and the orange juice was empty when we got there and we couldn't find someone to fill it and I had trouble figuring out how to get my hot water out of the cooler for my tea and then when I did it wasn't very hot.. after dinner we played mini pot but the course could actually be cleaned up a bit with the weeds and just making sure things are tidied

The staff were very helpful and knowledgable about the area. We went specifically to go ATVing on Seguin trails, this was the perfect location with the access directly from the hotel. We liked the access to BBQs and fire pit. The mini put was a fun little way to spend some down

The restaurant was very under stocked and half the menu wasn't available. More towels should be offered for using the pools. We had to use the 2 towels provided for 3 days for swimming and showering.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Really good that gym and both indoor and outdoor pools, and was able to run on quiet road as well. Continental breakfast and everything that would be expected. We very much enjoyed our fish and chips and donor dinners - pleased to be able to sit outside and have dog with us.

Ideally we would have liked to have room overlooking garden, but we realize we had dog so that limited options.

The saltwater outdoor pool was an unexpected bonus that we enjoyed. So was the free mini-golf. We will definitely stay here again when we're on a family vacation.

Like all facilities, this seemed to be short of staff. For example, the hours on the on-site restaurant had been cut back for that reason. But we realize this is an ongoing problem across the whole industry, so I don't want to single out this one establishment.

Rooms are clean and staff helpful..great place to take the whole family..furry friends included.i appreciated the BBQ area..glad for the upgrade as the double bed rooms are much more spacious with better scenery..great stay so far

No wiggle room for rates

We were a family of four. We loved the facilities gym sauna squash indoor and outdoor pool tennis court golf, very good service and a great resturaunt. Very nice and clean

Good breakfast. Hotel is dated but bathroom has been upgraded and was very very clean. Beautiful entry and fireplace. Can picture a snowy night sitting there with a glass of cheer.

Mattress could be more firm and pillows are way too small. Better pillows would have upped my rating.

Staff friendly. Breakfast time picking were slim. Could of had more items readily available. The restaurant had amazing food and the cook gladly made my order special when I requested onions with my meal. I recommend to friends and family and plan to stay again when I return to town.

I found the water to soft. When raising off in shower it felt like I still had soap on me. But I got used to it.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Go out of their way to help. I would particularly like to acknowledge a young maintenance worker who saw my wife pulling her baggage,went over and carried it to our vehicle. Over and above!
