Suite was spacious & comfortable for family with beautiful views of Stewart Park. Soap facilities on site were a real bonus!!

Pull out sofa in suite was very uncomfortable — mattress needs replacement! Wifi went out due to thunderstorm and it took property more than 12 hours to fix the issue on a weekday/ workday. Weekend staff at front desk did not seem as kind, cheerful or helpful as weekday staff — perhaps crabby due to having to work on a long weekend … customer service requires politeness and kindness; I suggest that these front desk workers find a different job if they cannot fulfill these basic requirements!

It was a lovely surprise to have a real breakfast served hot to us with as much coffee as we liked. The room that breakfast was served in was lovely. We sat by the window and I saw a beaver swimming in the lake. So charming. I brought a friend with me who has limited mobility. It was great to have a place where she could do so much in one place, go to a fine restaurant, have a nice breakfast, go to the pool and hottub, and go over to the Mill and enjoy that too! We drove to a couple of places close by. I know that she immediately told her son and daughter-in-law to book a weekend there.

I am not sure if there was something in the ventilation but my friend found that she got congested sometimes. She wondered if there was something in the ventilation that was irritating. Otherwise, perfect.

the whole thing ! very spacious hotel. Huge entrance, a piano, fire & big comfy sofas to relax on. A patio with ample seating available and access to the park & town. Rooms were amazing, so big with 2 queen beds , TV , microwave & refreshments. Breakfast was just the right size with choice of hot or cold food.

This hotel consistently beat our expectations on all points. We've done numerous trips like this to smaller Ontario towns in recent years, so we felt we knew what to expect. The full-serve breakfast was fantastic, not to mention the restaurant they held it in. The beds were super comfortable, the room was a bit bigger than the usual, even the TV was bigger. The location was unbeatable for exploring downtown Perth and from our window we had a picture-perfect view of beautiful Stewart Park (see photo).

Tried to change my reservation to 1 night contacted hotel and was told to go to Booking.com. Then they said they had to ask Best Western. Then they called Best Western and they said 2 night minimum stay. This was not communicated up front anywhere when we booked. So we paid 2 rooms x 2 nights and only used 1. A waste of $500. This is a huge negative to me and I do blame hotel management and Bookimg.com.

My wife and I recently stayed for 1 night and were impressed with the entire experience. The room and property itself were nicely layed out, clean and included many convenient amenities. Special mention goes to staff member Esther (at front desk) who was both very pleasant and professional and a definite asset to the Best Western family! We'll definitely be back as it's in a great location for exploring beautiful Perth!

We love the location walking distance to great shops and restaurants in charming Perth. The pool and hot tub are a great hit with my 7 years old and the breakfast in the morning is a step up from most included hotel breakfasts I have ever had. The restaurant looks really good too but we haven't tried it yet.

The room was super hot and adjusting the thermostat didn't make any difference. Also the windows in the room didn't open so it was super uncomfortable to sleep in the heat.

The location was beautiful. Very easy to walk to nearby shops and room was also very nice.

Most staff was very rude and ignored us multiple times. Our room was skipped during the cleaning and when we spoke to the reception they said they would. When they did they left garbage bags in our room.

the staff are friendly and welcoming. the server at breakfast was friendly and accommodating (tiny and fragile but helpful)

the parking spaces were super tight i had to try and find one i could open doors into a walkway or my doors wouldn’t open

Breakfast was incredible—bacon, eggs, home fries, fruit, juice, coffee! The hotel is right in the middle of town! Steps away from all shopping and restaurants, with the most beautiful park right out the back door.
