The breakfast was great and NOT ordinary either morning - cloud eggs one morning and crepes with fresh apple compote the other. Greg and Arlette were super helpful as to things to do and see and places to eat/drink.

There was an issue with the air conditioner when we visited and in a normal early September, it would have been no problem as the weather would have been quite temperate... Again, though, we could not have asked for nicer hosts who provided us with fans and also discounted our stay to compensate for the lack of AC - it was a concession we had not expected, but appreciated all the same.

The hosts: Greg and Ariel were absolutely amazing. I felt instantly welcomed and at home. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. There was a small electric kettle and tea bags in the room. Breakfast was included in the price and it was delicious and really filling. Ariel served cloud eggs on toast with bacon, fresh fruit, banana muffins and delicious, homemade muesli (you can ask her for a recipe!) The property is located in Sharbot Lake village a short walk from the lake and hiking trails.

It was nice and quiet but close to the main road. beautiful lake view and quiet setting. very accommodating we called ahead to see if we could get in a couple hours early and they made it happen. only the two staff. incredible stay we will definitely be returning.

as far as bed and breakfasts go I have no complaints. the owner are in the same building so you have to keep the noise to a dull roar after 11 but other then that it’s was perfect.

I stayed one night to attend a bike race not far away. They let me store my bike in the garage which was very nice, and if you're a bike packer, or just doing some routes in the area they are very bike friendly. Very organized and efficient; the room is cozy and bedding is very comfortable Breakfast was delicious and what I needed for energy prior to the bike race

Our room was very clean and had a great view of the lake! The hosts were really nice and accommodating, and their dog Dean was also very sweet :) Extra points for Arla’s creative spin on a hotel breakfast!

Can’t really think of anything that we didn’t like.

The room was warm and large with a comfortable bed (February in Canada!). Delicious breakfast: home made pancakes (really good), eggs, bacon, fresh fruits, muffins, tea/coffee. We went for a walk on a path 2 minutes from the property. Crisp, white snow (not like in the city), with the lake right at our sight. Very relaxing. I can only imagine how beautiful and busy it is in the summer time.

We loved the quaint charm of this b&b. The home was exceptionally clean and the owners were flexible in accommodating our needs. The b&b has a beautiful view as it is located facing a lake. As it is winter our room faced the sunrise. This b&b was also only 30 mins away from the north frontenac dark sky, and close to other cities. Delicious breakfast and welcoming and cozy hosts!! Highly recommend!

Once problems arose the owners did big efforts to solve them . Owners very welcoming and accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful scenery and surroundings. Very cute dog on premise.

Had problems communicating witth the owner before arrival, which created some confusion and problems when we arrived.

We loved the breakfast of waffles & a fruit sauce. We also had a delicious muffin along with juice and my husband had tea. Our hosts were very friendly. We were so glad that that they could take us for one night because we were coming from a Family BBQ

If we had been wanting to stay for dinner in or near Sharbot Lake that would have been limiting. We ,however, were informed of this ahead of time by our hosts.

Location close to the beach nice town great hosts and breakfasts. Felt like an expensive place, but good value. Hosts made you feel like family, we had a great time touring the towns in this area, if you've never been check it out
