Although there seemed to be a lot of people staying there (judging from the vehicles) it was super quiet. soundproofing was excellent and I couldn't hear anyone else. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and very good.. buffet style with a hot selection of scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage and bacon. Small amount out at a time but was refreshed at least 3 times in the 20 minutes I was there. Also a waffle machine which seemed to be popular and fast. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I have no complaints at all about this property, location, parking and especially the staff.

Staff is amazing, they were very helpful with our concerns and requirenments. Room was clean and the location of the hotel is minutes away from the beach. If you are with kids there is a park nearby and museum.We stayed in one bedroom apartment it was fully furnished and you could find all you need. Altough it was raining during our trip( rain in July 😪) we enjoyed our stay in Sarnia.

We liked our stay. Considering price and value, adding breakfast to stay is very big plus.Hovewer, it could have been more variety.

The room was pretty spacious and the beds were really comfortable! I liked that they didnt have those tiny shampoo bottles but proper ones, because there's less trash that way. Also the staff was super nice!

The breakfast was alright option wise, but they only had paper plates and plastic cutlery and I disliked that, but that sadly seems to be standard practise in north america, or at least at the hotels we stayed at

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We requested a room on the first floor and Bhanu at the reception was able to accommodate us. Bhanu was extremely nice and welcoming. The free breakfast was vey nice, lots of choices. The restaurant Paddy Flaherty next door recommended by Bhanu was also very good .

Absolutely nothing

It was quiet, pretty clean, good location, lots of parking. and the breakfast was delicious and fully stocked. The receptionists were wonderful to deal with and helpful.

I was travelling with my toddler and being that there were no elevators, it was hard to manage all our belongings up and down the stairs. And my toddler actually fell down the stairs when we were taking our things down to check-out. Although when we checked in later in the night at 9:30 pm, the receptionist was very kind and saw that I was carrying a lot of items with me and managing my toddler so he offered to help carry our carryon suitcase up the stairs and to our room.

There was nothing I didn't like per se as I've stated I stayed here multiple times although I usually stay when I can find a discount because the price is a little bit high in this time that we're in Sometimes it is a challenge as we often come in to visit friends when we stay at the hotel

Spotless facility, nice people and great location with excellent Irish Pub restaurant next door. Nice place to get out and go for a long walk with a marina and park next door. Would definitely return here again.

Breakfast was at best ok....they told us at check in that breakfast was available until 9:30 but they actually shut it down at 9am !! Coffee was poor.

Pleasant staff and I was able to use the guest laundry facilities which I needed as I was cycling with limited storage capacity.

Breakfast room was quite small so it became quite crowded at busy times. Breakfast choices quite limited and it seemed strange and environmentally unfriendly to use disposable styrene plates and cutlery.

We booked a ground floor suite again and have stayed at this location multiple times now. The beds are comfortable (to my taste anyway :) ) and the deep tub was brand new it looked like. The breakfast was fantastic, nice and hot, refilled frequently and included little sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, grains, a waffle maker, decent fresh oranges/ apples and yogurt. The coffee is really nice, I am unable to tolerate bleh coffee so I'm always cautious, but this was fresh and strong.

A few areas in the room could use a paint touch up, and part of the inside of the tub was unclean (a rim that's hard to see unless you're kneeling down)

The breakfast options were very good and plentiful. Also the upkeep and sanitizing cleanliness from the kitchen staff of the eating area was exceptional!!!

Cannot express how very satifying it was to stay at this clean, comfortable and well maintained establishment with such an outstanding group of staff members.
