The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean, but need need repair.

The walls were pealing under the window. It needs to be repainted. The bathroom door needed to be replaced as the water from the shower has rotted the bottom. The security hinge was lying on the floor when I walked inside the room. MOST OF ALL, I HEARD EVERYTHING HAPPENING IN THE HALLWAY AND ADJUSTING ROOMS.

the breakfast could be better. One hour before breakfast was over it was no milk, no yogurt, no bagels, no cream cheese, no boiled egss. After complaining at the front desk milk and cream cheese were provided. It was a very poor breakfast at that morning.

The clerk at my check-out was warm, personable and did an amazing job of acting as though I was the most important thing in the world for the two minutes it took to send me off into the cruel world on October 24, 2022. [sigh]

The window needed a screen. The shower water flow was at full-stream and could not be reduced. I got clean, but it was not pleasant.

The location is very good, very clean, and the staff is very nice! Dogs allowed! And I found that the breakfast room is also in charge of the front desk. The handsome guy at the front desk should be given a raise!

The bed is a bit small, it would be better if it is king size.

Very clean, great location for what we had planned, within walking distance to water front. Close to highway so easy to find

Outside and parking area a little run down and dated. No ice machine which obviously isn't the end of the world but expected at most hotels now

The property has a great location with also pretty new and upgraded amenities. We were really astonished to see such quality in a very reasonable price. The front desk was cooperative and very customer friendly. Especially, Mr Sparsho was amazing towards our group.

Everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were kept well. I ate at the restaurant downstairs and was impressed with their food. I will be back next year...

You need a lot more space for seating people at one sitting for breakfast. Also I wish there was cold cereal & some fruit would be nice

The location was great, right on the main drag. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was great value for the money.

for health reasons, my wife and I can only drink decaffeinated coffee. Unfortunately it was not available.

the breakfast is lacking it is only stale bread, stale bagels and you can make a waffle. there aren’t any fruit, yogurt, or protein. The only topping for your toast was butter and the butter is rock hard you can not spread it.
