It was very clean

The front desk staff at night was completely ignorant and rude. I booked this hotel and asked for a bit since it was an option in the booking. When we arrived after our concert I approached the front desk and asked for our cot and her response was “ya we don’t have cots so I can’t give you one” Ummm ok?! Well I would have booked another hotel that accommodated everything I needed if I knew that. So I asked for bedding for pull out couch. She was annoyed that she had to walk 5 feet to a room and threw a blanket at me. No Pillows. No sheets. Just one thin blanket.

The room was spacious, well-lit, and the bed was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire suite. Lots of parking. The hotel is also located conveniently close to the highway but far enough away to avoid all of the related noise. And the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

The toilets are very low...I am still surprised that all hotels haven't yet invested in comfort-height toilets. The TVs could also use an upgrade; the picture quality on both of them was terrible.

This hotel provides good value for the cost. The breakfast was a fantastic deal - lots of choices both hot and cold! The staff was very friendly too.

Be aware that some parts of the room are older and we did find the ventilation system was quite noisy at times - the fan was turning on and off periodically, which made quite a bit of noise. Also, many of the television stations appeared "snowy" (poor cable reception?) but a few stations were not bad. - (There was no YouTube option available) ~ We asked about the picture quality at the front desk and they just suggested trying different stations to get a clearer picture. (Not sure what was the cause - the tv appeared to be new but the signal seemed weak perhaps??) Anyhow this was not a big problem.

The property was in a great location, very clean, and the staff was pleasant.

I had all my luggage at the door to go into my room and the key didn’t work so I was a little upset about that. The maid could not even get in nor could a manager so I had to change rooms. When my husband and I came back to our room after dinner to call it a night, the door lock latch broke as I closed or tried to lock it.

an exceptional rating. Bed was very comfy, loved the ability to control the temperature in the room.--The Breakfast had a good selection, items were hot, overall I'd give the breakfast an very excellent rating Very much enjoyed the stay

Of the top of my head, I can not think of anything besides the in room coffee maker--it's just me--but not a fan of one cup personal machines---water never gets to a good temperature.

It was quiet, spacious, clean. Didn't really check out any facilities, so not sure if they had an open pool or gym as we only stayed one day. However it was right near everything we wanted to see, and even though your main view is either the highway, the marsh or the college next door; it will be interesting to see if anyone develops more in the area in the years to come. Polite were very polite and courteous. Breakfast was simple but more than the usual continental; they do serve a hot breakfast but it's very basic and bland. Free coffee that actually taste good, and I am a connoisseur of coffee usually drinking Jamaican Blue Mountain and tend to stay away from hotel brands, but theirs was very good for a hotel experience. For those interested - they have designated smoking areas around the outside of the hotel; some with seating, others without. The decorations, walls, ceilings, floor and furniture look like your standard hotel, it doesn't jump out as remember-able; it doesn't need to though if just passing through. The bed takes some getting used too, it wasn't like our home bed but it didn't feel like a cheap mattress either, just a different type of firmness than we used too so I don't want to knock points off for that because everyone has their own comfort level. It was great to take our kids here because it was right outside the Playdium where we took our youngest for his birthday - thanks for helping us make it special for him.

Please fix your kitchen appliances; the poor staff - I mean how hard is it to replace the broken toaster. It's not that expensive of an expense, and where I get every dollar counts, nothing should be above board when it comes to safety, so get it replaced.

I've stayed at a lot of hotel/motels in the Whitby area, but this one was by far the best I've ever stayed at. The staff was so helpful and pleasant to deal with, the room was beyond my expectations and the beds were so comfortable that I got an amazing night's sleep, and to top it off, the walk-in shower made it easy for someone like myself with mobility issues. Before we checked out, the breakfast that was available in the morning made my stay even more enjoyable.

Everything was prefect the staff is awesome and the rooms was really clean. Other than the bath tub faucet had a slow drip which might be a waste of hot water but it was not a problem

traffic was a bit noisy from the highway but what can you do. I enjoy the fact that place is close to the highway so I can get back on it easily

Awesome suite. Comfy bed. Very clean!

Sunday morning breakfast - very busy, but only one lady running the line. She needed help as there was a group of youngsters in, hungry enough to start helping themselves. The Covid protocols are that she had to serve/make the food. Also, no A/C in some rooms meant a difficult sleep for some of our family. Hotel had a transformer issue and didn’t know it had affected some rooms A/C

Very quiet, I asked for 3rd floor, she gave me a room facing the field, perfect! The room had everything I needed and then some, large room, everything was perfect. Bonus ironing board and iron. Nice breakfast. Not over the top or anything but something for everyone.
