Comfort Inn & Suites

The breakfast was self serve but had some decent food options, like fresh waffles, eggs and bacon. The pool was on the smaller side but quiet and enjoyable. The room seemed clean and fresh and we were able to switch to 2 queen beds on arrival which is what we wanted. All in all,.it was a basic but clean and quiet location that met our last.minute needs.The parking lot.was easy to access and enter and leave, and appreciated the free parking.

Paper plates and throw away cutlery weren't ideal for the environment or the breakfast experience. Ideally washable plates and cutlery would be preferred.

Very clean and the bedding and the bed were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, good variety of breakfast foods. The staff was excellant and friendly.

I went looking for ice and a vending machine I was told the machines were on the 2 and 4 floor. When I got there both ice machines were out of order and no vending machine. I went back to the front desk and asked if I could get some juice from the juice machine in the breakfast area, I was told it was for breakfast. I ask for water, no bottle water. In the morning I discovered I could have got water from the juice machine. Most of the hand sanitizer machines were empty.

Breakfast was great, great choices and hot. Bonus that it had bacon. Room was clean, but some hairs and spots missed from other guests. Our room was not attached to our guests as I had hoped but close. Oddly enough our guests had a peek a boo door but it was not attached to our room. Staff were great and helpful. Very accessible from the 401. Thanks

The pillows were a little high for me.

Coming from Montreal to see a Blue Jays Game, we decided to stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Bowmanville. We've stayed at many hotels but none as great and clean as this one! Staff was super friendly & accommodating in allowing an early check-in and a late checkout. Room was super clean, bed & pillows were very comfortable and the air conditioning in the room was working perfectly. The bathroom was also very clean! I would rate this hotel a 10/10 and look forward to coming back again! I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Staff was extremely helpful. Staff cleaned our room when we needed it to be done, not necessarily in order that they would have normally done so.

Breakfast could use a little work. Limited options. Expected though so soon after Covid

Location and staff friendliness

The alarm clock was preset at the wrong time and it woke us up at 3am. The hotel should reset any alarm clock at the right time and cancel any alarm setting before renting the room to new guests.

Ran out of toilet paper, klenex and clean towels. My garbage was pverflowing as no one ever came to my room to clean or bring fresh supplies

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable especially the bed. Nice... Breakfast was enjoyable.. Location was good. Pleasant and good stay..

The room and bed were good

There was no toilet paper we had to go to the front desk. There were no bath towels so we used hand towels for the shower. We notified the front desk of the missing towels before checking out.

They gave me a room where there was someone already. But i got upgraded.

Breakfast was a bit confusing no bags in the fridge at 9am i had to go in the kitchen and make it myself and the gentleman present was going to help me but then another client just cut in and he helped him instead i did not liked to wait when it was my turn.
