Sheraton Laval Hotel

I was in Laval for medical reasons. My husband appreciated the surrounding district during the time he was on his own. We were able to speak some French but it was very important for English to be available for us and the Sheraton staff were very helpful. It was important for the washroom facilities to accommodate a person with mobility issues... There were lots of bars, a seat for showering, and a very adjustable spray wand. The room has an excellent black out blind. We enjoyed the well kept pool and spa area every day. We had a question about how we were charged for one aspect of our stay which was fairly and suitably resolved. It was a great place to stay.

The outside of the window could have benefitted from a thorough cleaning.

Great service! Even from before we arrived they answered any questions we had. Quick check in and check out. Clean and nice room. We loved that they had the 24h bistro in the lobby! Parking was a breeze as there were two parkings on either side of the building.

Bistro is a little pricey, but the fact that it conveniently is opened 24h and you don’t have to leave the property when you want a snack at 3 am makes up for it!

Loved all the amenities! we were only in laval for a weekend wedding but we fit in time to use the pool and also get a workout in! Loved that there was a coffee bar!

The breakfast service was not great. We ate at the restaurant by the bar. We were seated quickly but we were not waited on for half an hour even though other guests had arrived and been waited on. We weren't even acknowledged by the waitress. We waited 45minutes for coffee and had to ask repeatedly for our orange juice order.

Accomodation was very comfortable and clean. Starbucks coffee in the rooms. Indoor pool, Jacuzzi and sauna section clean and well maintained. Hotel location very close to the carefour mall, illumi, and many restaurants.

Two minor things. A white shirt returned unclean from laundry (didnt have time to return it because of check out). AC in the room was turning on when temperature is higher than the one set (both on cool and auto).

the staff! super nice and accommodating. I go to hotels a lot with my boyfriend because he travels quite a bit for work and I’m lucky that he can bring me along at times, but out of all the hotels (and there’s been a lot)…. the bed!! I need to know this mattress type and brand and pillows!! I don’t think I’ve had this much of a restful deep sleep in years. I would check in again on my own just to experience it another time

My daughter and grand-daughter and I had a wonderful time; We shopped; we were spoiled at Amerispa. Sheraton gave us coupons for 25.00$ each for Amerispa!!! The pool and hot tub absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. I will be back soon. The staff who spoiled me throughout my visit will always be remembered. Thank you for making my visit special.

Cannot find a thing

Great location next door to the mall. Newly renovated facilities, very clean, and great customer service. The Staff was very friendly and responsive. The price quoted on Booking.com did not reflect the much higher amount for taxes charged (taxes were triple the amount of taxes quoted).

it was beautiful and very convenient when you want snacks there’s a little store in the lobby. Very comfy and the rooms were very well air conditioned and great view. I really liked how comfy the beds were and how you can connect your phone to the tv.

i booked there bcuz it was beside carrefour Laval and i wanted a pool and a hot tub. the hotel was on renovation but probably due for holiday, we did not hear any construction. The receptionnist made the differance too. she was really attentive to our needs and her answers were clear and precise.

The only thing negative thing is that there were dirty trays on the ground next to our front door. otherwise than that everything was perfect

The breakfast was really good, we had a coupon for the buffet. The fruits were fresh. The staff was amazing, professional and at your service ready to accommodate you and answer any questions in their best abilities.

My husband and I didn't really like the pancakes (no flavor). The price for our stay was really expensive compared to the norm.
