The restaurant staff were great, very friendly and efficient

I sent numerous emails to confirm my reservation via the Booking app and the hotel never responded. My reservation was fine in the end, but it’s clear that they don’t check the Booking.com messages. The sink and shower drains in my room had slow clogs - so slow to drain. Luckily there was an additional drain in the bathroom floor to deal with all of the water from the shower (room was a wheelchair accessible one, so no lip to contain the water)

The property is very nice and clean. The staff are very friendly. The most wonderful thing about the hotel is that they’re pet friendly.

The thing that I didn’t like is that they didn’t clean my room. I left my tag at the door. With the service need it. But they didn’t do it cause I suppose to tell at front desk. I never had to do that in other hotels that I been too. :( one star for that.

The service at the restaurant at the breakfast was very kind and happy to exchange with us and the kids.

The hotel is good, but it claims implicitly, by its name; "...aéroport", that it's near the airport. Whereas it's actually at 11km from the terminal on the other side of the airport. The taxi costed 30$ and there are no shuttle service from the terminal.

Had no expectation booking with this hotel, although the room was comfy and everything was conveniently available, the bed was super comfy(I should get the same for my home because it's better than mine)is how comfy the bed was. I didn't have breakfast so I cannot say anything about the food except the coffee I had hit the spot. The best thing about this place was the people that work there!!!!! I cannot begin to express how hospitable and professional the staff were. Cynthia and Mohammed in particular who I know by name. Thank you for making this wayfarer feel as though he never left home, your kindness has made me write a heartfelt review, which I never do. I'm forever greatfull and will always be a returning customer as long as I am In Dorval. Merci beaucoup!!! Even this review is the bare minimum of good that I can say.

The facilities were nice and clean and the staff was lovely. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. The location was perfect. It was 5-15 minutes away from everything.

The soccer teams that were also there at the same time. The halls and elevators were busy with excited children. When we went to have breakfast the only staff at the restaurant was clearly overwhelmed. I felt bad for him. The tables weren't cleared as he did not have time. We ended up going elsewhere.

The bed was amazing! Extremely comfortable and cozy. My wife and I went to sleep and did not want to get up. The best sleep we had in a while! The room was spacious and clean. The location was close to the airport and the staff was very accommodating.

The lobby and hallways were dark. The place could stand for some additional lighting. The carpeting in the hallway could use some updating. In some areas there were stains and spots that were very visible. Maybe the carpeting could be replaced.

Left for day at 930 AM and left door sign to make up our room. We came back at 3PM and room not even touched. Had to sit in lobby for 30 minutes while room cleaned. Not what I expected for this class of hotel. Staff pleasant but overall unenthusiastic. They need to smile.

The room was EXCELLENT. It was quiet and comfortable and clean. All amenities provided were good. Bathroom can use a little updating. Beds were super comfortable for a good sleep.

Better sanitation amenities should be provided. I needed sanitary pads that were not available anywhere on the premises. Closest gas station was a 15 min drive and it closed early. Grocery stores were far as well

The restaurant was excellent. The room was comfortable with good coffee available.

I need to contact the hotel as I was charge twice on my Visa (Feb. 13 and Feb. 14) I was locked in the room in the morning as the lock did not want to let go. The staff was very prompt to come and help.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and very clean. Very easy highway access. Staff was very professional and friendly.

The pool was small so not practical for actual swimming so it could have been a few degrees warmer.
