This hotel was out of this world, first of all the location is perfect, facing Orford mountain. parking is really easy and plentiful spots for everyone. The moment you walk in you are greeted by a wonderful staff who are very welcoming and make you feel at home. The hotel has a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, stunning décor and is extremely clean. My wife and i had the Urban suite and it was stunning, from the bathroom to the bedroom everything was perfect. The balcony was really big and pretty private and a gorgeous view of the mountain. This is a perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, from the rooms to the amazing restaurants everything is more then you could imagine.

i wish the checkout was at noon instead of 11am. That 1 hour makes a big difference but apart from that we loved everything about this hotel.

Service Comfort Surroundings

Our room was on the ground floor and faced the parking lot. There was a wedding so lots of cars and people came and went. We didn't have any privacy sitting on the balcony - other guests stood to chat just outside our room. It's a spot that is high traffic so you feel exposed. I will make sure to request a different room next time. Internet kept bugging so we were unable to keep a stable connection.

The property is very nice. From the pool area, to the rooms, to the restaurants. Some hotels talk about higher end room amenities, this one has them. Nespresso machine, excellent hand made local soaps (which we sourced and went out to buy) and a high quality wireless charging bedside clock with Bluetooth capabilities to play you own music from your cell. & the pillows; I worked in the hotels for 12 years and I never found great hotel pillows.....This hotel knows they are good, they sell them & I bought some. I would certainly stay here once again when I am in the area!

Everything was fine.

The suite was beautiful. we had a one bedroom with a balcony, kitchenette and washer/dryer. The staff is gracious. It was located very close to the Mont Ortford Park. it was a couple miles and several minutes drive to Magog.

Booking.com site says there is housekeeping and there is actually no housekeeping during your stay. We had to ask for fresh towels. no directions given how to toss your garbage bags. also unclear if the next guest would be using dishes that were only rinsed by hand wash since there is no dishwasher in the unit. The staff that it was due to Covid but housekeeping is a low risk activity or no risk if the room is empty especially with the balcony door open as compared to the three weddings that were held we were there which are very high risk to unmasked staff.

The pool and hottub, large room and amenities. Great gym for a hotel. Beautiful spaces, decor, and nice staff.

Very limited lighting. The room was dark with only a few installed lights and a lamp. Most signage and rules posted (pool/hottub) are only in French, which makes it difficult for English-speaking guests to understand.

Very clean, comfortable Fireplace in room Burger Bar - very good food and friendly service

No closet to hang up coats, jackets. No comfortable chairs to relax in. Ironing board was in full view next to fireplace - not attractive. It should have been hidden in the non-existent closet.

The room was large & functional, it has a small kitchen & sitting area. The sofa bed my daughter slept in was comfortable & our king size bed was comfortable too. The bathroom was a good size with lots of hanging space. There was also some outdoor space with a table & chairs to sit outside, even though it overlooked the parking lot.

Nothing in particular that we didn’t like.

Gorgeous hotel, all renovated, great layouts. Hot tub & pool outside, very nice staff. Feels like real high level hotel.

The mattress was soft to my liking, but this is subjective. TVs channels are limited, no access to connect your own device.

We’ve stayed here 7 times and it’s clear that it needs some attention to detail now.

The suite wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Clearly cut back on accessories. Common areas weren’t cleaned at all during our stay.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The suite was perfect and the pool was enjoyed by all! Wonderful experience! We were very sad to leave.

Lack of staffing therefore no daily cleaning of the room.
