Everything was fine: the room was spacious and clean, the parking effortless and even though the hotel is not that central, it was only a 1 min walk to the closest train station that took you downtown in about 30 min. What was absolutely exceptional was the young woman (I am so sorry I do not remember her name) working at the reception desk during our stay. She was welcoming, cheerful and very helpful in any matter you could ask for. It gives you a very good feeling to be treated in such a lovely way, especially since we had a very contrary experience at a different hotel during our trip. If you need to do laundry: There is a laundromat close by which is only a 15 min walk, we got the instructions how to get there at the reception. There is a lovely vegan cafe right next to it, so even the chore of doing laundry was a nice experience.

Free parking is great feature if you travel by own car. You can park your car and then the hotel is very close to Metro station to go everywhere. Staff are friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. They easily gave me $20 discount for a mistake they had done about booking.

At booking time, we had upgraded the room ($10) to have the premium room with balcony and pool view. But it seems they didnt do this properly despite the confirmation of booking and charging the fee. However the receptionist easily refunded $20 and said if I had mentioned this at the moment of getting the room, they would have changed it for us.

the location for work purposes was excellent. that said the metro is steps away for easy access to downtown and tourism. They did loan me a club to lock my steering wheel… a little disconcerting but really just a precaution to protect a valuable truck and nothing to dwell on. I thank the desk agent for extending that courtesy.

since it was a winter stay, the room is heated with baseboard electric and initially I could not even run the ac units fan as they had it unplugged. Once I found the connection cord and enables the fan the environment was much better with air movement and exchange.

Very nice two-story hotel. We had a good-sized room with balcony facing interior courtyard. Excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed. Very quiet, with good common areas. Great location in a quiet area less than 100 meters from the Metro green-line stop. Free parking, and easy transportation access to the city via the Metro.

Basic soap and towels. Wifi not working one full day. Still, a great place that I'd be happy to visit again.

Reception was outstanding. Room upgraded and our check-in for the next 4 days we had booked on another reservation were processed so we didn't need to check out and back in. That same reception clerk remembered everything about our first encounter when we approached her a couple of days later with a question. Room was very clean, spacious, and quiet. Access to the Montreal Metro was feet away.

There is nothing that we needed that wasn't already available.

great location and excellent staff! front desk girl was so sweet and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about her. she really took care of us after we informed her of the room not being very clean and we would stay here again because of how well she treated us. We understand hotels aren’t perfect but she went above and beyond to make us happy.

our room was dirty, hair in drain, had not been vacuumed. one towel for two people. the hotel smelled because of guests luggage that apparently contained fish in it that was stored in the storage area, which wasn’t the hotels fault but it didn’t seem like they were trying to improve the smell in the lobby.

Nice facilities, good value. The location is a bit remote, but the subway is literally at the end of the hotel's parking lot for an easy 25-minute ride to central Montreal. Think of this as a business motel. It feels like a motel (though with an inside hallway) in the process of upgrading to a Marriott Courtyard.

In-room coffee machine is funky. No vending machines. There are a couple fast food places and a small shopping mall within walking distance, but little else around. Breakfast was very expensive for a quality level that's usually given out for free at similar hotels.

Easy off main road, simple layout, very clean, good accommodations with working AC and ice machine, Metro stop across street, Metro stop near end of line so more space for boarding ride, great ample parking, friendly attentive staff

Door card key access kept not functioning, long distance from downtown, very expensive in general but not in comparison to other offerings

Very friendly and helpful staff, plentiful parking, spacious and clean rooms, excellent location right next to the Radisson metro station, nearby grocery stores. Excellent Algerian restaurant just 10-minute walk from the hotel, highly recommended! (Khaymat El Hodna)

Not a ton of cafes nearby but that is not the hotel's fault. We found a decent one (Second Cup) in the mall across the street.

We booked on line and wasn’t aware of all they had to offer like free breakfast and there were room that had balconies were we could of gone out and smoked instead of having to go all the way out we weren’t aware that there was free breakfast with some of the rooms
