The room was very comfortable to live in. The hotel is centrally located and very clean. The Metro was within walkable distance and buses ran every ten minutes. On the last day of our stay we had to check out at 11;00 a.m. The staff were very kind by taking care of our suitcase which allowed us to attend our church conference till 2 pm that afternoon. We came back to the hotel to collect our suitcase and head on to the airport. This act of kindness was extremely helpful to us which we appreciate very much.

Running the restaurant and providing food would have been very helpful. Management should consider including breakfast with the room rate. Being a 2 storey walk up there were no elevators. It would have been nice if bell boys were available to carry the luggage to the room. My husband is 75 years old and it was hard carrying the suitcase up two flights of stairs.

I really enjoyed the breakfast the next morning, it was quiet and the food was better than chain hotels I had been to. The hotel itself was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly.

We did find odd hairs on the floor in our room? But other than that the room was clean and tidy.

It was easy and quick to check in, even in the middle of the night. I got to chose a room in which I could smoke cigarettes (they have non-smoking rooms as well). The bed was really comfortable and you get to sleep a bit later than most hotels since the check in is at mid day.

It was convenient for visiting our friends. The room was spacious and great to have a sofa.

There was no iron and board and nowhere to hang the towels once used. There was also a vague smoke smell I think from people smoking outside by a door to the corridors. We were given a paper saying we had to wear masks or be fined $50 but when I asked at the desk they said that Covid was all over but yet the breakfast service had not been reinstated

Free parking, right on Metro!! Super nice staff - Free breaky!! Highly recommend, will stay here again.

Bit far from town, some nearby road construction

Well kept, good proximity to the Metro, good continental breakfast, secure parking.

The mattress cover on the pull out couch was very dirty and had obviously not been looked at in some time

Loved the room. The location was excellent and close to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room could have been cleaned a little better. The cops stalked the parking lot at night and in the morning.

I always go there when I have to go to work in town, eating out around it, often with a little soccer game at Stade Saputo as a bonus. Nice and friendly team at Chablis.

There is no more continental lunch since the covid :(

love that it was such a close walk to the subway and from there we were 10 min commute to the casino!

It was interesting how the bathroom was set up - toilet was separated from the sink and shower but it was fine - just different

the room was pretty good I love the bath and the shower

the tub filtrer was not clean and the back of the door was forgeted
