We flew from Ukraine straight to the hotel. We have no money; our relatives and friends paid for us. We came to work and fled from the war. The first thing I did not liked was that the man at the morning service at the buffet constantly asked where his tip was. I was ashamed and unpleasant that I didn’t have the money to give him. The second thing is that they charged us a fee upon entry and after that they charged us several times for nothing and should have returned it right away, but it was returned a week later. It was our last money and we had to call Ukraine to ask for money. It was terrible. The hotel is excellent, the staff should be more humane in their attitude towards customers.

I really liked the facilities and the room. I wish we could have stayed longer to try out the pool, it looked so relaxing.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was awful. The bus was slow to arrive, it didn't pull up to the curb so everyone had to push their way onto the road and the driver did not provide any direction. One lady with a baby was the first on the bus and she ended up having to get off because the rest of her family had been pushed out of the way by the crowd. She was in tears because she had waited so long for the bus to arrive. Horrible experience for anyone witnessing it.

The free shuttle to and from airport was fantastic. No delays or long waiting. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

There was only one elevator that I found in the propery and takes long walk to reach especially with travel luggage. But I guess if you are travelling light then this won't be an issue. Another thing, in the booking a fridge was included, but there wasn't any in the room.

It had a nice layout with a pool and a side room for breakfast, which comes with an extra cost. The room was comfortable with adequate space and a clean bathroom with a tub/shower and separate sink with lighted mirror.

Loud music I didn’t like loud music cuz they waking me up before 12 am n I wonder why all the black people are there! They take over us!

Renovated room was stunning. Very comfortable beds. My kid loved the pool area. Front desk very helpful and friendly. Free airport shuttle very prompt.

high cost even with reduced rate. some repairs needed (eg black out curtains falling off track) , could not find posting for pool hours

There were not enough towels in the washroom; the bathtub had alot of discoloration and there was no trash can in the room.
