The facility itself is stunning. The customer service is impeccable. Wish there had been more of a continental breakfast included.

Location I gave a 1 star because we thought we were booking the Hilton near St Catherine St. When we got there the girl couldn't find our reservation and I thought I was going to be sick. She asked to look at the reservation and told me I was at the wrong location and it happens ALL THE TIME. I had even Googled the name of the hotel before we left and it's directly where it sent me. This one is totally outside the city just off highway as you head north going to Lavaal. Pay attention to this!

Despite the power outage, the staff were very accommodating and did all that they can to make our stay very comfortable. Glow sticks were provided for the guests to navigate through the dark. The rooms are gorgeous and the showers were clean with shampoo/soap provided:)

We hosted a birthday party over Easter weekend and someone from the hotel called my out of town relatives and told them that the birthday party was cancelled. They also cancelled their reservation on top of giving them false information about the party. This was UNACCEPTABLE. While the power eventually was restored, my relatives visiting from Toronto ended up driving back home due to someone not doing their job properly. We realize people make mistakes and circumstances then were out of our control; however nothing was made official about our family event being postponed. Our relative also mentioned that the person over the phone was unprofessional and did not offer any solutions for accommodation.

It us a brand new property so in that respect it is excellent. Wi-Fi, power points etc. in room were great as a result. The breakfast was great however a little slow as there was only one girl running the restaurant each day. Not being open for breakfast on Monday was poor. I needed to be in that location for work but traffic around it is appalling. There are better locations if you are visiting Montreal for pleasure.

The absolute WORST is that you have to tell the reception each day if you want your room cleaned or not. Given the cost of the room this should be standard. On two occasions even after advising that I wanted the room cleaned that day it was forgotten. This simply a way of trying reduce costs and it downgraded the whole stay experience..

Hotel staff is friendly, very helpful and had my request for extra towels delivered right away. There is a Starbucks, a French Patisserie and a supermarket on the next block, so this was very convenient. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, because we eat little for breakfast. There is a snack and refreshments store in the lobby, with a coffee machine where you can make your own coffee (at a good price), It was extremely convenient to have it available. It is on a residential area, and we felt safe.

I called the front desk to ask at what time did the restaurant closed, they said 10 p.m. however, they did not mention the restaurant was not open that night, by the time I was ready for dinner, I was left searching for a place to eat on a rainy night.

The staff were nice and the hotel was modern and clean looking. They had a ice machine and a coin laundry on our room floor. Didn't use it, but it was nice to know they have. The location was nice, right beside a highway and walking distance to the metro. There was a grocery store and starbucks nearby too. Never seen a parking garage so clean and spacious before and all 3 elevators moved so fast. The king sized bed was comfy and room was modern and spacious.

Because it was so close to the highway, we could hear cars and emergency sirens in our room that was facing the highway. Also, we wished they provided room slippers and better toilet paper. The hotel parking was 15 per night on top of the cost even though we paid so much for our hotel stay already. The fridge was pretty loud when in use even though it didn't do a great job at keeping things cold. The tea bags in the room tasted very bland.

Convenience of location, hotel amenities, especially laundry room, good restaurant and room service, and other conveniences outside of the hotel such as Starbucks, great bakery and and enormous supermarket all within 50 meters walking distance. Also shopping outlets and slew of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Very close to airport.. Reception was friendly and èffecient and conveniencè store in hotel adequate.

In all areas of our trip which was not a pleaasure trip we found service lacking which was a shame. Little or big glitches like serving a coffee or breakfast without cutlery or sugar. Not leaving an extra roll of toilet paper or running out of tissue. Food coming cold or just not up to par as it should be. Not listening to a request that was time related and then waiting for our room to be ready. Not sure if it is Covid related or new hotel or few knowledgeable people coming back to work but my guess is a lack of professional staff everywhere. The hotel is great. This is more a general complaint of the actual situation as the travel industry tries to get back to work.

Everything in this hotel is simple and yet modern and easy to use. The staff , the level of comfort the fast elevator service , the location, room facilities, and the super comfortable bed and cleanliness makes this hotel a great place to stay. Checking in and checking out were both very quick and easy. I will be back. Thanks to Biko , Marc, and Gilberto for the great service and assistance at the front desk.

There were a couple of minor issues that should be addressed in the near future as this great hotel is brand new and only open a very short time. Breakfast was not included like in many other Hilton hotels. There was no drinking glass in my room. TV programming did not include any 24 hour movie channels,

Excellent pool and fitness facilities. Clean and sparkling public reception; lots of sofas and tables there as well.

My room (315) appears to not have been thoroughly vacuumed, as I found large bread crumbs at the foot of one bed, and some next to the night table. Clearly this was overlooked, as the carpet camouflaged them a bit and as the hotel is very new, the housekeepers assume nothing needs to be vacuumed after each guest stay. Also, I was disappointed that there were no complimentary water bottles offered, nor no mini-bar in the fridge. I would expect Hilton hotels to at least offer water in the rooms, given the normal standard of a 4-star hotel. The receptionist checking us in apparently did not input the data so that we were not in the system for parking, and had to check on it the next day.

Everything was absolutely clean. Staff was friendly and ready to help. We were really happy to be able to bring our little chihuahua!! That's basically the reason we choose this hotel. We also saw lots of furry friends there. Also the hotel offer free coffee on the rooms, which was nice! My 3 years old also really enjoyed the swimming pool! Great long weekend! We Love it.

The hotel should have more recreational spaces...we missed that. Also we didn't liked the restaurants there and we tried them both. Music too loud on pancho and only few options on the balandin....

I loved (not liked) the whole experience. The staff was extremely friendly, miles of smiles, quick to acknowledge and assist however they could and were very approachable. Based on the overall experience, I made it clearly known that I intend on coming back and it was purely because of the visit.

The underground parking garage versus the size of my vehicle. I found it a little challenging finding a space that could accommodate my Ram 2500 pickup truck. Also, when making the turns, it was challenging, especially by the gate to exit out.
