The Kosher breakfast was great. It was self-service buffet, basically eat as much as you like, and had everything, very tasty. The gym was very good, and the pool looked very nice although other people were using it. The room was equipped with a small fridge and a microwave oven, as well as a coffee maker that used inserts supplied by housekeeping every day.

Nothing of any seriousness. There were a couple of minor housekeeping foulups, which were corrected when brought to the attention of the staff.

So calm in the rooms. AC is very efficient so very silent. Location near some restaurants and not far from Metro station Namur. Modern and rooms impeccable. Small swimming pool and fitness. Tesla charging stalls for the night at 10kW.

24h snacks at ground floor limited to salty and sugar food, except 1 lasagna. Limited availability of food at bar. Should be available some sandwich. Tight underground parking but still manageable for a big car.

The room was clean, staff was courteous and helpful.

There was power failure for around four hours. The hotel management claimed it was not there fault which was true but, for four hours we were without air conditioning or fan. It was suffocating in such hot weather. I suggest that management should at least connect one light per room and a fan during such power failures.

Clean and new had a bar in the lobby . Bed was extremely comfortable. Smart TVs that allowed me to sign into my apps to watch what I want. 

They need to hire someone to help the bartender. He was overworked people had to wait a long time for the drinks or food because he was working alone.  even through all the craziness he was very polite and friendly

We would've preferred a main floor continental breakfast with a waffle station as an optional add-on to our stay, but we understood that Starbucks is competing for that service and we enjoyed that service very much.

a proper coffee service on the 2nd floor breakfast area. Hot water and instant coffee made for a bitter cup of coffee.

Cleanliness and comfort!

Some bath mats would be a nice addition in the bathroom. Parking should be free for guest. Not enough parking outside. You need to fix the road going out of your property. You should also add an additional roof outside the lobby coz when it rains, you can't avoid not to get wet.

Nice room: clean well decorated. Staff at the front desk was extremely nice. I felt at home in my room. The food at the bistrot was really good.

The shower head wasn’t aiming properly and the pressure was too harsh. The manager (a lady with dark hair) could’ve been nicer.

The hotel is very clean, facilities are great . The restaurant food choice is very good..

The hotel was overbooked due to power outage in Montreal so the check-in process was slowed down, and the breakfast buffet was very crowded with food having to be replenished often.

Quiet, very clean, sanitized smell is nice. Room light was flattering, size was spacious. Food was good, I liked that there was a snack counter. Staff was helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the pool and sauna

Upon arrival I noticed my shower gel was empty

the parking is confusing and hard to find. difficult to park in garage as you have to go check in first
