The location was wonderful!

The address that I got through booking.com was not the address that we were actually booked at. It was only about one block away but frustrating as the code we got was not for the address we were given. They did give me advice on parking but it was not the closest parking lot that they said it would be. The parking lot they gave me was at the first address. A little confusion but they did answer the phone right away and gave us the proper information. We pulled the suitcases about two blocks which was unnecessary. Once we found it and pulled the suitcases up three sets of stairs the apartment was beautiful and comfortable!

The loft was spacious, with a separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with table, and large comfortable sofa with a a TV. The loft P103 required climbing stairs, 2 small flights. While the AC was perfect for the living room area, it didn’t reach all the way into the bedroom, so the bedroom was a bit warm. The loft had a full-size washer and dryer. The loft had a coffee maker and full size fridge as well as a range. There were a few lovely restaurants near the loft. We very much enjoyed Louise Taverne. Despite the uphill walk to the tourist area, there is a bus very close to the Loft that will take you anywhere you need to go. The bus was awesome!

Located in the Port area, this loft was walking distance from the train station and also from the cruise terminal. When cruise ships come in there are many tourists in the area. We were not able to find a pharmacy or grocery store in the area without climbing up the hill. This loft, while near the train station and port is a 15 minute walk to the main tourist area of the city. This would be no problem, but it’s pretty much all uphill! The loft is a 2 minute walk from a covered bus stop that will take you all the way through the tourist area to Rue Saint-Louis and also to all the restaurants and bars on Grand Allee east.

Because there were emails from the property and from the company we booked through it was confusing and I never saw any code for the door sent to me. But I called someone and they got us the code and in the door.

Youal need a blanket and pillow on the sofa. We could not figure out the temperature control. Could turn down or off the AC if there were fans. Fans. There should be a book in the apartment that contains information - with numbers to call. Property, emergency. Local restaurants and sites. a map maybe. How to work the TV. ect.

The location of the apartments was convenient and there were lots of great restaurants nearby. The apartments were nicely decorated and very cozy.

I thought all 4 apartments that I rented were in the same building, so it took me by surprise that I had to send some family down the street. Thankfully, it was not too far; however, it would have been nice to know that in advance. The stairs up to the apartments were very narrow and very steep - a bit dangerous really when having to carry luggage. There were also a few chipped glasses. One guest ended up with a nasty cut.

the apt is very spacious, well equiped and the furniture is new and and of good quality . It is located right in the old part of Quebec city , where the best restos and points if interest are located . The St-Laurent is close by and a walking distance to the famous Château Frontenac . Many public parking lots are located close by . Price is very affordable and cheaper compare to local hotels .

Long stairways to get to the apts. No escalator . Entrance lobby downstairs needed cleaning.

Located just outside the old city walls overlooking the waterfront was the perfect location. Great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, as well as all of the iconic tourist sites. Loved the character of the apartment and the outlook. It was quiet and comfortable.

The steep stairs were a bit of a challenge with our bags, but we were lucky enough to bump into an employee on the street outside a nearby Le Loft apartment who helped us when we checked in.

Les Lofts St-Paul was an exceptional choice for my accommodations while in Quebec City! The rental was nearby many restaurants (of all different styles of cuisine), shopping, and site seeing. Parking was conveniently right across the street. The building is tucked onto a quiet street with lots of character. Upon arriving, the loft was very clean and inviting (even soft music was left on the tv). Instructions to the heating/air condition, television, and other points of information was found by scanning a QR code that was displayed on the inside of the door. The kitchen was outfitted with anything you may need to make a meal and the bedroom featured soft and comfortable linens. The bathroom offered high-end fixtures and plenty of terry. Our stay was wonderful!

Although there were no negatives of staying at Les Lofts St-Paul a few extra luxuries we would have enjoyed were: - Small fan in the bedroom - Dish towels in the kitchen - Coffee provided with the coffee maker

Clean, Quiet, Safe, outdoor parking across the street. good for 4 persons. This location is near the port on the lower level. It was a short walk to old town all uphill. This company owns a lot of other lofts in town. good communication.

It would have been nice to have paper towel. We didn't cook, but if you do you will need to bring everything.

The locate was excellent! In the old section of Quebec City. Walking distance to many cafes ,restaurants,the harbor, shopping and sightseeing .

The check in location for the apartment was very far from the apartment itself. Since we arrived early the rooms were not ready and we had to leave our suitcases and come back later and take a taxi to the apartment.

We spent US Thanksgiving week in Quebec City and we are so glad we found Les Lofts! We stayed at St-Paul. This location is on a lovely street with shops, cafes and restaurants. We parked our car at a very nearby location and left it for the 4 days. The location is right behind the wall. It was an easy 10min (and gorgeous) walk to the "Christmas streets" that were unbelievably festive, and also a 10min walk from Les Lofts up to the upper area. It couldn't have been a better location. Keep in mind that Les Lofts has locations all over QC -- we would see their signs and they are all in great locations. The apartment itself was modern, sleek, and pristinely CLEAN. The master was a comfy queen platform bed, and the 2nd bedroom built in bunks that were perfect for any single sleepers. The kitchen had all the modern amenities, allowing us to easily cook the night we arrived. We had a dining area and a great living room to relax from all of our walking. We all agreed that when we return, we will definitely stay at Les Lofts again. Our oldest might do their spring break in QC, and the Lofts would be perfect. We are also going to recommend it to friends who plan to visit as well. Thank you for a terrific stay, Les Lofts!
