We had an exceptional young man greet us at the front. He was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the bathtub was great for a soak after being on the road for so long. We didn't get to use the pool as it was pretty cool when we arrived, but it looked refreshing. The breakfast selection was very good with a more personalized way of serving it. Was pretty happy they had gluten-free bread.. and it was really good!

The location coming off the highway was awkward. We turned left at the lights on a big hill, feeling that was the safest. It was a road beside the hotel. Part was paved, and a lot was the biggest potholes, with a huge bump to get into their driveway. It was not good for the car. Even if they just throw some gravel down to make it less rough..

The rooms were clean and pleasant. Loved the soft bed. Convenient access to your car through patio doors for ground-floor rooms. Great breakfast. Lovely, courteous staff at both the front desk and in the breakfast room.

Nothing really. The hotel did a great job with everything. However, I didn't like our noisy neighbours across the hall who came home at 1:30am and were talking loud and laughing right outside our room, slamming their door twice...but that's not the hotel's fault, just inconsiderate people.

I am a picky traveller and I am hardly satisfied with hotels :) But, the level of care that the staff puts into running this place is exceptional. I wanted to give a hug to everyone. The bed was extremely comfortable and CLEAN. Everything in the bathroom was spotless. There is a mini fridge and a microwave in the room that helps. Breakfast can be served in the room.

If anything, it's the noise that the fans and the heating system make! They are quite loud; but function well.

Very clean property. Good continental breakfast with lots of choices. Quiet location. Big parking lot. We stayed before at this hotel. Good acces in town - Sherbrooke. It was graduation weekend and the hotel was full but still quiet.

Entrance from the other street lane (direction) a bit convoluted. Signalisation for the hotel not the best.

This is not our first stay there. We were not disappointed this time either. Everything was as we expected it to be.

The plastic fork and knife and the paper plate are a bit of a set back, given that we are trying to reduce waste and pollution. Adding bacon to the choices would be great.

What a great affordable place to stay. Rooms were fairly large and clean. Breakfast was great and everyone was really friendly. Our room had a tiny bit of a smell of being closed off too long when we got in, BUT with the large patio doors that open, we aired it out quickly.

That it was more then meets the eye. From the outside and corridors it didn’t look as if the facility would match the pictures. I was happily mistaken. The staff were all so accommodating and lovely. The bed was comfortable, spacious, and made me feel at home.

The motel was perfect for me as a solo woman traveling through the area. Very easy checkin, can park right beside room so easy in and out with luggage, and it was very clean and comfortable. Quiet too. I liked that there was a microwave and mini-fridge; very helpful as I was minimizing restaurant visits.

Pretty much everything was great. The room was spacious, well-appointed, modern and clean. The jacuzzi tub was a nice perk. The made-to-order breakfast was fresh and well-appreciated. The king-sized bed was clean and comfortable.

No bottled water in the room refrigerator seems like an oversight. Seems silly to have to go to the vending machine in the lobby to buy a small over-priced bottle of water to drink or to use the Keurig in the room. Getting into the hotel parking lot was a bit of a pain as it's located near the bottom of a steep hill on a divided multi-lane road to the highway. Would have preferred if it was closer to the centre of town. These are minor quibbles though...

Easy access to the highway, comfortable bed, good choices for breakfast served on a tray which you could take to your room where there was a table & 2 chairs to sit at. friendly staff.
