Comfortable room but much noise heard from the hall.

Maybe the doors could be better sealed to avoid noise from the hallway. View on the east side was atrocious with the roof of the canopy of the entrance. More than anything, one would expect the breakfast on Sunday morning to last until later than 10:00.. going for a morning jog at nine around the lake and told that there is no more breakfast after 10:00 on a weekend was very surprising, Very expensive for a small town like Sherbrooke: not the value expected for over $ 200 per night which is a big-city price... Would seriously reconsider staying there .

Room really exceeded our expectations. It was quite large with a completely separate bedroom and a small kitchenette, perfect to stay in and have guests over. The view was magnificent and you can't beat the location.

It definitely could use a few more lights as it got quite dark in the evening.

Room is close to the Lake and within easy walking distance of Sherbrooke. Pleasant room with large floor to ceiling window, you will need the majority of the lights on if the day is overcast or raining. Staff were bilingual (Eng/French) which was helpful and a large car park with paid parking ($10/n outside). WiFi worked great, except for a small area in the bar!

A TV Channel list that includes the channel numbers would have been a bonus. The hotel guide lists all the channels but not numbers. A small thing though, not a major issue!

Superb Vista of a lake and grounds around Great breakfast. Charming front desk Underground parking is a big plus in winter Walking distance to superb restaurants

There was nothing to dislike It's rare to stay at a hotel that is exactly as advertised

Location. Cleanliness. Comfy pillows and bed.

Would like lighter "couette" on the bed and longer bedsheet. Would like a walk-in shower in king rooms. In addition to the tiny bottle of shampoo, would appreciate hair conditioner and shower soap.

I price I paid through booking.com didn’t include the continental breakfast or parking. The last time I stayed there I paid the same amount and got the free continental breakfast and free parking so I won’t be booking this particular hotel through booking.com I’ll just call the hotel directly.

Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet hotel. Excellent location. Very clean.

Had to pay for parking. Lighting in the elevator. Lighting in the bathroom-too low but a night light in the bathroom would be good.

Rooms are very sound proof, beds comfortable, and very clean.

I wasn't advised of a parking fee of $11.50 for parking in the general parking lot where the spaces allotted for parking are extremely narrow to the point where the only 3 vacant spots we found where too narrow for my SUV which also does NOT fit in the underground parking. Check-in was long as there was only one employee there who was helping a customer who was looking for wine glasses. So I stood there for a good 10 minutes waiting for her to finish.

The atmosphere was fantastic and the rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio facing the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast offerings were minimal for the cost.

The Grand Times Hotel is chic, modern and extremely clean and comfortable. We would definitely return. The hotel is a notch above your standard chains.

The front staff could have been a bit more welcoming but I may be a little picky. We didn't like that the pool was next to the reception area - if we use a hotel pool, we appreciate a bit more privacy.
