Check in was fast and efficient, friendly fellow who I recognized from a year ago when I was last here! He put me in a room that was safely located close to the office and away from all the work trucks. The rooms are small but clean and have everything a traveller needs. I really appreciate the fact that the PET FEE is very REASONABLE and NOT an excessive money grab like I've seen at other motels.

The room was very warm/heat was on when I checked in. It was an unusually WARM day so it took a bit to figure out the A/C and to get the room cooler but that happens everywhere during this 'transition' to colder weather month of October

- Full size fridge and coffee pot - Room was cleaned with fresh towels daily (something a lot of big chains have slacked off since Covid) - Budget priced motel that I wouldn't mind finding everywhere I travel for work

- Highway noise louder at front of motel, but not intolerable - A bigger (deeper) bathtub would be nice, but bathroom overall is updated and more than adequate - Having the baseboard heater and AC on one thermostat instead of two would be an improvement, but easy enough to figure out the way it is.

Was clean, comfortable and close to amenities. Beds were quite comfy and it was nice and quiet considering it was close to the hiway. Would definitely stay here again. Good value for your money. Staff was quite friendly.

Water pressure wasn't great but got the job done. I have that pet peeve with most hotels. So not a huge issue.

The room was clean, comfy and cozy. Dont let the outside deter you, but once you open the door, the room is awesome. New carpeting, clean, comfy bed, nice tv, friendly staff. Our room was on the outer side of the building and had a outdoor table and chairs. Perfect view of the hwy and close to the door for the "smokers" ;) lol

The fellow at the desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean, and included a comfortable bed and a good sized table and chairs plus a full fridge and microwave. Nice!

Smokers everywhere seem to think if they stay outside the room, smoking is okay. However, smoke drifts. Maybe a suggested distance from buildings would help.

Good sized room with a stove, full sized fridge, microwave and big screen tv. They even had bbqs for our use. The management was very helpful. Pet friendly without the surcharge.

Not much to not like. Maybe the fact that there were only 2 pillows and the air conditioner was a little loud. Neither was a problem for us.

Exceptionally clean. I've stayed many places. My standard of cleanliness is pretty hard to meet. Most hotel/motel staff is pressed for time and so doesn't do really well. It shows up as toilets with dirty streaks on the bowl behind the toilet seat or a tub that has a cloudy look. This bathroom was absolutely spotless.

Decore was a bit dated but that's about all I could find negative. And at the price I paid, definitely not a problem.

Nice open, everything was organized neatly Nice tv, apartment sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker, satellite tv if you like that kind of thing, A/C unit

It was along the side of the highway so not really near anything unless you wanted to drive, bathtub is pretty small so not really a comfortable bath

The rooms are simple but clean and nice. The one we were in looks to have been recently refreshed and updated. The price was fantastic - rare these days and the wifi was great

Many people would judge the book by its cover which would lead many to beloved it would not be a great start due to the exterior. It's not horrible but a little refreshing would possibly boost things further.

Spotlessly clean, best bed on our trip across Canada. Remarkably quiet, despite being right on the highway. Friendly, super helpful staff. AC unit was effective and quiet. Larger fridge than usual which held all our food. This is an older motel, but fully updated. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! We are already planning on it, for next year.

For those wanting a simple, clean comfortable place to sleep, there is nothing here not to like.
