Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Swift Current, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was sufficient.

There was no hot water for the second person to shower in the room we were in for the first night. So we were moved to a second room but the toilet there didn’t flush. It was quickly fixed by a maintenance person. It looks like the building and facilities are showing their age. Also the floor we were on was very noisy. Apparently there were one or more kids hockey teams on the floor so kids were playing in the hallway throughout the day & evening. The parents were noisy until 2:30 am. I guess we will plan our stay for mid week.

We arrived at ~10PM and both staff members who were at the desk at that time (June 29) were so welcoming. It was very heart-warming after a long trip we'd had. I had to start working (invigilating exams) at 7 AM next morning at the Meeting room, and everything worked very well - I got access early, was able to set up everything properly, etc..

My husband and son didn't get a chance to have breakfast because it seems to close way earlier than usually at hotels (I believe it closes by 9.30 or so).

The room was immaculate and the bed was so comfy! For me good air conditioning is a must and didn't disappoint! Free breakfast was good! Only complaint I have is our shower had zero force ( it did in previous visit) and I didn't complain because those things happen, but I would enquire if it was the same next time . a minimal glitch but would recommend staying here for sure !

Breakfast was great, lots of options, everything fresh. The pancake printer was a hit with the kids. Pool was lovely too and the hot tub felt wonderful after walking around in -30

We had a room for four people, and yet we got 3 of everything, 3.coffees, 3 cups, 3.towels... not really an issue, just weird.

Beds good,nice to have fridge. Shower was good with shampoo etc dispensers and nice to have big chair with ottoman. Nice rooms.

Carpet in room not so great,dark and looked kinda dirty,but seen worse. And not sure microwave on little stand was great idea,should be on counter or more solid area

Staff were great! Very friendly!

Our shower wasn't working but they fixed it quick. There were some rowdy guests in the pool, it made it hard for others to enjoy.

Very convenient location. The breakfast menu was excellent and obviously being enjoyed by many others too.

The property was fine. Unfortunately we were woken up after 3am with the couple in the next room engaged in a major shouting match which continued for over a half hour. Some people have no idea how thin walls can be.

Great location, close to shopping and casino. Easy to find. Good parking, and a pretty good breakfast but as with the other holiday inns, no orange or apple juice. However having bowls of fruit out during the day, with coffee and tea, was very nice. But woke up with a back ache!

Better beds, decent juices.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with the delay in our check in. We’re reassuring.

Could be a bit more affordable; but a great location and accommodation.

The location was good not too far by cab to go anywhere. Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating especially since we had a vehicle break down on highway and had to wait several days for the parts.

One lady doing their breakfast is very impatiently with guest.
