The apartment building was ideal for our situation. We had a lot of family flying in for a wedding and we rented 3 apartments - which were all modern, clean, comfortable. If you get the full units you get a 2 twin bed and king bed setup with living room, dining area, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It worked perfectly for our situation and thought the price was pretty good for what we received. The neighborhood: It’s in a very safe area of Santiago and has a lot of little shops and restaurants underneath and within walking distance to many places. It’s also situated close to a play park if you have kids. Lots of families and young people walking around. The building: It’s a very nice looking building and has a 24 hour door person with a small lobby who were really kind and helpful to us. There is a small gym and parking as well. We will certainly come back.

These apartments were perfect for us. Only complaint is that the apartments were generally clean, but the floors were dusty and that our safe wasn't working properly, but the front desk helped with both.

Location, furniture and appliances are excellent. The place was very clean, Airconditioning worked well. Excellent parking on site.

Room had an overbearing artificial freshener scent when we arrived (required a day of airing to go away) and the laundry offering is fantastically complicated and poorly explained. You need a card, this card needs to be charged through an online account, and the reception doesn’t have or sell detergent. Made me run around for about 2 hours until I finally had it sorted, and then the laundry came out covered with fluff due to poor maintenance of the washing machine. Overall a very frustrating experience for us who needed the facility. Reception staff seemed totally uninterested in this issue.

An apartment in a new, elegant building. Reception with helpful staff. Cafes and shops nearby. Close to the metro station and park. There are many office and residential buildings in the area. Safe and clean area. We paid about 10 Euro for a taxi to the old city center. Very comfortable bed. Living room with well-equipped kitchen and large fridge. The price includes internet and daily cleaning.

We had a room facing the street and it was very noisy. Earplugs allowed me to sleep well.

Location, comfortable, very clean and employees are nice.

The hotel didn't offer personalized attention. We stay there to do all the preps for a bride before the wedding. They do not offer late-checkout. Also we request to clean after 5pm, after the bride was ready and wasn't possible either. In both cases the didn't offer any options. I think they should consider to pay more attention to this kind of details to improve the guest experience, as the place and employees are very nice.

The location was beautiful and there was a convenience store downstairs with everything that you needed. The staff were very helpful and the apartments were very comfortable. The view of the mountains was amazing

The Kitchen utensils were very sparse and not ideal for cooking. There is also no protection on the windows for children.

Very friendly staff, free parking on-site, room was spacious and comfortable, convenient location with a couple of great coffee shops/bakeries nearby for an easy breakfast.

Wish there was a coffee maker in the room instead of instant coffee. There was an odor in the bathroom when I arrived too but everything in the apartment was very clean and the odor was contained to there.

the location was superb. the apartment was exactly as depicted here. the place was luminous and spacious. the view from the balcony over Apoquindo avenue was lovely. the kitchen was very well equipped.

the toiletries could be improved (shower soap/shampoo was not good, we were only given one small hand soap for the full stay)

Clean and safe. Had everything you need to stay plus the staff in reception was very very educated and gentil, he is from Venezuela. Location. Always open. Easy in and out!

The noise across the street from a construction. Nothing to do with One Nk. Needed two single beds plus the queen... but ok... maybe have in some rooms this option.

Location is very central, safe and quaint neighborhood, convenient to the metro, and 15 minute walk to the Hop-on-Hop-off tourist bus to the main Santiago attractions. Parque Arauco Mall is also 15 min away, lots of shops and food choices. Convenient laundromat downstairs. Nice hot shower...
