Overall a great stay! The room was spacious, clean, great view, and had excellent WiFi. The rooftop swimming pool(s) is excellent and a great addition to the stay. Room service was particularly good, we really enjoyed the food, and breakfast was also of good quality! Staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is in a lovely area too.

It's just a pet hate, but when you have a bath in the room, which we specifically requested, but don't have a plug in the room in order to be able to actually use the bath. I came up with a solution, and when we requested a plug, there was a bit of a language barrier and they brought us a plug adaptor for the wall and not a plug for a bath. But, in general, if there is a bath in the room and you are advertising it,, a plug should be in there.

When I entered my room, the TV was not working because it was not connected. One light was also not working and the bulb had to be changed. I called the maintenance and they fixed it, but I think the hotel should also check this itself. The swimming pool door was very difficult to move, they should repair it. Overall, a nice hotel, but already a bit "old".

The location is great; walking distance to many things like grocery, mall, park. The suites were well equipped and the standard rooms were clean and very comfortable.

My son checked in first and they charged him full price not the price I paid on Booking even though he had the confirmation. My other son had the same issue at check-in. It was frustrating and to be over-charged even with a confirmation. When I got there and checked in we were able to square away the payment issue but it took several days.

The hotel staff seem to all really get along and are great at what they do. Was lovely to see people enjoying their job and the team they work with. Good location to the parks but quite far from the centre of town lots of great bars and shops around, though.

For a Radisson Blu hotel my expectations were high so was disappointed to see a few fixtures and fittings out of place. Very dimly lit hall ways and no main light in the bedroom.

The location was excellent, staff was very friendly and professional. The restaurant was very good as well, with delicious food and good value for money.

We were three persons in our room and every day the housekeeping would leave only two towels. We had to ask for an extra towel every day of our stay. The room would benefit from more hooks to place the towels.

Nice breakfast, 4 elevators working, nice bedroom, cleaning service and guest services both very good. Front desk staff very careful and friendly.

Just a minor detail: breakfast time could be a little earlier, 30 min. Besides that, nothing to complain about.

Gorgeous views of the city and mountains. All staff went above and beyond to help us. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The surrounding area is very safe with several parks, restaurants and a shopping mall close by. Very much enjoyed our stay!

We have a good stay, we enjoyed the pool and sauna. The breakfast was ok, better quality of juices for breakfast will be nice and better bread. The hotel has a great Happy Hour, the waitress were very nice! Beds were very good and comfortable. Location was good, walking distance to Parque Arauco, Metro Manquehue station.

The keycards weren't working in 2 occasions, I had to go all the way to the lobby to ask for help.

Probably the best breakfast you can get in Chile! They have a buffet AND you can order from a Menu. Nice staff and a good location aswell. The nights were really quiet because the windows are well insulated.

The warm pool could be a little warmer (but it is anyway usable in winter)

Good location, close to Manquehue metro station. Very good restaurant downstairs. The rooms are tidy and clean. The pool and the sauna (due to covid you have to reserve but you have it for yourself).

The rooms are not prepared for couples, there is one glass for water and for coffee, there is one hanger for the towels. There is no paper bin (only a tiny one in the bathroom). The hotel is general excellent, however it lacks maintainance (e.g. paint the pool, clean the windows of the pool, change the rubbers of the shower doors, etc)
