Rooms: the rooms are very comfortable. the bed was comfortable, good wifi, several usb outlets, and the shower had adequate water pressure. Breakfast: nice assortment of different foods including meats, cheeses, breads, granola, yogurts, and fresh fruits. At breakfast, other types of coffee aside from filtered coffee can be ordered in addition to eggs. No one specifically told me or asked me if I wanted to order anything else (I saw other people doing it). So, if you need something stronger than the weak filtered coffee that they serve, go for it. 😊 Outdoor patio/pool: There are a few lounge chairs that are set up by the pool where you can relax. It’s rather small but it never got too crowded. I spent a few hours relaxing the first day I arrived and enjoyed the warm sunshine.

The hotel is located in a nice and secure location although it’s a bit far from the city center. I managed with Uber or walking but would suggest giving yourself extra time to get places given the traffic. I had one meal at the hotel restaurant and thought it was just okay. I also tried the restaurant that is attached to the hotel (Casa Sanz). Their mushroom risotto dish was tasty and the servers were attentive.

Fabulous hotel in a very nice neighbourhood of Santiago. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was so good that we ate there both nights. The breakfast was also very very good with lots of options. There is underground parking, which we appreciated as it was very secure. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located just off a major thoroughfare. The hotel rooms were nice, not exceptional. What was exceptional was the restaurant, the food was interesting and very good. There was really no reason to look elsewhere for dinner, which is a major plus after a full day of touring. The staff was excellent, not many english speakers but it worked out well.

The rooms, but they were more than adequate and the restaurant more than made up for what the rooms lacked.

A beautiful gem of a hotel in a great location of Santiago. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the rooms are super comfortable and the breakfast is a dream. Also, the restaurant is top class and with a lot of choice vegans, who don't always have it easy in Chile. The vibe of Bidasoa is warm and inviting. Highly recommendable.

The only fault I can find is that the pool is a bit small. It's designed to just drunk in water if your hot, not really swim.

Location is excellent in a modern, clean and most important, safe neighborhood of Santiago, close to a shopping center and excellent restaurants of all kinds. Breakfast selection was excellent and delicious. This hotel also counts with an outstanding chef and diener menu that can compete with the best retaurants around.

I cannot think of anything that I did not like

Ecologically thoughtfully designed hotel. Also provided complimentary access to private gym 2mins away from the hotel which is far superior to the classic hotel “gym” of an outdated treadmill and 3 dumbbells. Vegan options throughout including a full vegan restaurant in the evening. Breakfast was amazing. Staff went above and beyond. Quiet neighbourhood. Well appointed rooms. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. Interior design is exeptional, the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast 10/10

Only downside was the pool. It doesn’t get much sun, and it’s located right behind the main lobby, so there’s not much privacy in the area. People from the front desk and restaurant can see anyone who’s in there.

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. the food was great at both restaurants and the breakfast spread was one of the best we have experienced anywhere. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, even at 4am when we arrived and departed. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
