I've stayed there a number of times over the past 10 months and have never had an issue. This time, as reflected in my score for the internet, it was extremely poor for the first two days of my stay before they rectified it. I have to give them a low score on that because it was what it was. Normally this is never a problem. Other than this, I love staying there because of the staff and location.

As previously explained, the internet connection was poor but was rectified after two days.

From the accommodation point of view, it never disappoints me. The staff are great, the hotel is well located to many restaurants, and it has a good restaurant of its own.

Over the different stays I've had there, I've identified the quality of the breakfast (in particular the scrambled eggs) varies according to the chef. Most of the time, the egg is just "slop", but other days they surprise you and it is presented normal. The same goes for the breakfast staff. The variation between shifts and the attendees on that shift makes a big difference as to how you start your day.

Great location, near Costanera Center and Tobalaba metro station and a lot of restaurants at Isidora de Goynechea street.

The breakfast is ridiculous, even in small hotels I had better experiences. They offer a few sorts of bread (2 or 3) and they don't look fresh at all, some 4 types of fruits, eggs and 2 types of cheese and ham (probably from room service) and thats it, end of breakfast. For this price and this kind of hotel I expected more, much more, not only in terms of quantity but in terms of quality.

Room was specious and clean. Attentive staff and accommodating to our needs, specially with our small dog. They even provided us with a little dog bed for her. We have stayed a few times and it has become our place to stay when in Santiago.

We order food though room service a couple of times and unfortunately was not up to part; a matter of fact, besides the salad, we left everything almost untouched. In other words, food to the room, was too pricy and was bad.

The room and hotel facilities were great, as was location and availability of secure airport transfers. Restaurant was convenient, reasonably priced and with excellent choices.

Early check in requests ignored for both our short stays. I accept they may not have been available, albeit when international flights routinely arrive at 0600/0700 a 1500 check in is a challenge. What would represent better respect for guests would be a response of any kind.

The staff were very welcoming, kind, attentive and accommodating. The room was very spacious with a living room and a kitchenette, great for staying with our three kitties. Very good breakfast, only sausages were missing; great restaurant terrace with wonderful city views. Very good value for money. It is a classic and traditional hotel where you can enjoy a pleasant stay.

This hotel was very comfortable, as I had a suite with late check-out at 6 p.m. for a late flight from the airport. The service provided by the staff was excellent, from check-in with the English-speaking employee at reception to the restaurant staff. My transfer to the airport was easily arranged, and it was very nice to sit outside for dining or just relaxing.

all was ok except one thing

i have problems with my credit card.Whan I did check in they blocked 210 usd and again when I did check out they took again from my card another 210 usd.I asked the receptionist about it and he show me that the money must be come back.But till now from guaranteed the hotel has 420 usd and this money must return back to my card .please check

Everything, I cannot say anything negative about my stay. The staff are great and very supportive. Meals are also great.

I've stayed here off and on for about 20 years. Great location. It's showing it's age a bit is very well maintained. A pretty good restaurant on the main floor. A rooftop pool and bar on the 17th floor. The bar now is being used only for breakfast - a better than usual typical Chilean breakfast of fruit, bread, sweet buns, ham, etc. You can get eggs if ask the waiter. No self serve here. Great shower.
