Good sized bedroom and very comfy bed. The bar was awesome with spectacular views across Santiago. About 5 mins walk from the hotel, there is a street full of really lovely restaurants. Staff are lovely - really helpful. Note that the entrance is on the ground floor of the shopping centre. It's about 15 mins walk from the funicular that takes you to the top of the mountain in Santiago - thoroughly recommend!

It's a bit bland - you know you are in a big chain hotel. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. The area isn't the best or the most exciting.

• We mostly chose this hotel for the view and it was amazing; I'm sure it's the best view in Santiago. • Very helpful staff. One lady at reception helped us book a visit to an alpaca farm. She found the contacts and arranged a next-day visit for us. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but we're super grateful for her help :) • Amazing breakfast. I recommend trying everything you can order from the menu. Also, my wife is allergic to gluten so it's nice that they had gluten-free bread.

Location: It has the best location. We have our own entrance to the shopping mall. So many good restaurants nearby as well. A lot to do and see. Room: We were on the 22nd floor. Stunning view from our room! Room size is perfect and the design of their lights is the best. I love it so much!! The bed is so comfortable, the blanket makes me feel extremely comfy. I had some best of sleep there. Bathroom: I love the shower, it's so nice! I also like they put the toilet in a separate "room". Staff there are so so friendly! They let us check in earlier. They took care of our luggage even after we checked out. I appreciate them so so much!! I feel like they care about me as their guest. I'm very satisfied with everything there. One random thing, I saw a lot of pilots and flight attendants were staying there as well.

There's some bad smell from the sink in the bathroom. It didn't effect anything though. We had somebody cleaned our room on the second day. They didn't do a very good job. There was some pieces on the floor. Not a big deal either. I love this hotel so much, this kind of thing doesn't bother me at all.

You cannot enjoy the view when sitting in the breakfast room. I find the modern dark/grey colors not so appealing - and they look darker in reality than in pictures. We prefer lighter and friendlier tones, but that's obviously a question of taste. I found the loud music in lobby annoying, especially when you get there tired and the end of a long day traveling and finding your way around Santiago. Concierge's instructions for parking could be better and email with same sent in the morning of arrival at least, not at 8pm.

The Hotel in general is very good, in an excellent location (close to the metro) e has an excellent breakfast.

The type of room advertised in the Booking.com site is not the same room I was given when arrived. But this was promptly resolved by the front desk people after my complaint.

Not so much bathroom amenities. Probably because of covid-19. The drop in - drop off zone for the Hotel was only available past 10pm. You could not use it in other times because of local taxis are swarming in the area (avoid them at all cost)

Great hotel with very comfortable beds. Having the entrance from the hotel directly to the massive food hall/restaurant floor of the shopping centre is perfect. Great breakfast.

This is an exquisite hotel with amazing views. It is in a very nice location with many restaurants close by, not to mention that you have the convenience of having a mall in the same building. The air condition was very much appreciated during a heat wave. We slept very well.

Incredible place, near the restaurant and the store, I don't even need to say that the shopping mall contributes a lot to this, moreover there are many street stores near the hotel. Nice room with a view of the Andes mountain range. I really enjoy this hotel.

As the most hotel in Santiago, you have to pay for the breakfast, about $14 USD.
