The staff was extremely kind and polite. We've gone to Chile to celebrate my birthday, and the hotel went out of its way to make sure everything was perfect (I'd like to thank receptionist Paula for all her kindness and help, and also Diego for helping us book a van to get to the wineries). The cafe sent us cake and fruits to celebrate, and they made sure that everything was as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was very good.. They have a coffee machine that does several coffee drinks, and an eggs place where they cook you omelette. In addition, there is a large self service Buffett of cheese, fruits, and pastries. Location is excellent, about a couple blocks from Costanera center and close to subway line 1, from which you can easily get to the city center and even close to Concha Y Toro. Across the hotel there is the excellent Baco restaurant and in front of it there is a great hot chocolate cafe. Loved the stay

The location is great. You can walk to some great restaurants within a minute, Le Bistrot and Bacu were great! Metro is walking distance. You can also walk to a couple supermarkets to buy wine. We got a suite so we had a great balcony with a view of the mountains. We loved it. The staff were really nice and welcoming.

The breakfast coffee could be better.

The location is perfect and very convenient. The staff is very friendly and know their way around the neighborhood. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The two things I don't like about the hotel are the elevators. For some reason they close really fast. The other thing is that no one helps you with your luggage, not even when you enter the hotel. There isn't one person to open the doors. I've stayed there 4 times already and it's always been the same.

Extremely comfortable room. It is located in a safe and quiet street in Providencia. The staff was VERY nice and helpful.

Other than some rude European customers in the lobby yelling at the hotel staff because "the music in the breakfast area was too loud" everything was great.

Close to all facilities, value for money. The room is comfortable and clean. Staff is helpful and willing to assist.

The staff is extremely friendly and customer oriented. The bed and bedding were fantastic! Fernanda at the Buganvilla Restaurant is the best!!!! Due to Covid Restrictions breakfast was as good as it could be. We had fresh fruit, fresh fruit juice, scrambled eggs and a sortiment of breads. Coffe was good and had unlimited refills.

Due to Covid restrictions, we had take out for dinner and left the dirty dishes outside the door. At the next morning, the dishes were still there and only after informing the receptionist they were cleaned up. Other than that, cleanliness is excellent.

The hotel is in a great location with lots shops and restaurants nearby as well as a metro station. The room was a good size and clean. Most of the staff very friendly

Great place for international tourists as multiple staffs speak both English & Spanish.. very attentive front desk and courteous Restaurant staff . Good location with quite rooms , Room Feel and ergonomics were much better compared to NHcollections , Have plenty of restaurants & cafes nearby , closeby groceries , movistar sim outlet ,pharmacy etc . Very close to sculpture park and local markets Restaurant facilities were also good

Breakfast was too limited in terms of options and on top of it with covid restrictions.
