Helena speaks English and is very kind. You can apply for tours to Jiuzhaigou and Tibet. However, I can only understand a little English, but she explained things to me many times until I understood. This is the first time I've ever met a hostel staff member who has done this for me. She explained things to other guests really carefully, even outside of working hours, without any unpleasant expressions. You can contact her on Wechat. Her replies are quick and accurate. I was limited in time, so I decided on a tour before arriving at the hostel and was able to go on the tour the next day. During the tour, she was worried about me and sent me messages, and she always cared about me, so I felt very safe during the tour. The other staff at the hostel are also smiling, calm and nice. There are many toilets where you can hang out your laundry. It's clean and cheap. There is a convenience store nearby. It's a great hostel. I recommend this hostel! I love Helena! Thank you so much.

Very friedly nice enviorment- Helena (the girl who works at reception) and the other guy were really nice with me I felt like home. They let me use the kitchen to Cook and also they gave me info on how to move around the city.. they both speak english.. They also organize dinners together (when I was there I was invited at Dumpligs home-made dinner) and I had a great time ! Thank you ! Good quality/price- the area around has many restaurants and supermarkets.

They dont provide breakfast (not even coffee or tea) and also we need to pay to wash our clothes. I dont like that. They should care more about cleaness (expecially the kitchen and rooms floors - corners and under the bed with dust).

About 15 mins walk from the nearest metro. Closer to the wushu monastery. English speaking staff are available. Value for money. Near to Wanda Plaza and their is food street nearby.

The notice that valuables to be kept in the reception instead of the locker made me paranoid. Hence, I followed their notice. Better be safe than sorry. I think the water in the toilet at times is not too fast or strong when flushing.

I had such a wonderful stay. If you're open minded and willing to meet local people, it's such a great place to make local friends who are working/studying in Chengdu and some speak English and want to practice! I was able to make friends and eat Hot pot with them. The main floor is clean and an old man, maybe the owner, cleans every morning. There's always water available. The location is great!

Just wish there were more showers since there are many people sharing the 2 showers on the 2nd floor.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Helena was the best! The bedroom was clean. The bathrooms are shared, but they are kept cleaned and tidy. Great location! Easy to get taxis, lots of great places to eat (specially the restaurant right in front), and there’s a convenience shop next door, as well as a chemist right in front. Great place!

I had a really great time staying at mix hostel! The staff are very nice and helpful, I booked a few tours with them and had a great fun. Place is decorated quite nicely, and is very clean.

The location is a bit far away from tourist attractions, but in a really nice relaxed area close to the temple. Also, the mattress is a bit too hard for my taste

Provided free fresh filtered water. Air conditioning in each room. Very friendly staff. Helpful.

Smell of cigarette smoke from the smoking room came into non-smoking dining area.

It had an spacious common area, with a bar, various eating tables, varios showers and toilets in each floor too.

The toilets could have been cleaner, bed is quite hard but I personally like that, and my room had noise coming from the street, but that's all

The atmosphere was very nice. The hostel is a very friendly and comfortable place with a nice common room and great facilities. Would absolutely stay there again. The location is nice as well, not far to the next metro stations and close to wenshu monastery!
