Lots of space, good amenities and clean

When using Google maps the address was registered elsewhere. Although this is not directly the fault of the hotel, the link was found via the booking email. If you need to use a map to find the hotel then use Apple Maps.

Breakfast was okay, but the hotel needs a new and better coffee machine!

Breakfast was really good and the staff was very friendly. Many thanks to the great service that we encountered during our stay at the hotel. The staff greeted us with a smile each time we enter and they are very helpful and courteous. We particularly want to mention two of the staff at the breakfast restaurant 小王& 陈姐 who have made our stay a very pleasant one. Also, the staffs at the front desk for upgrading our room to a bigger one with no extra charges. Even though the hotel is near to the road, there isn’t much noises at night and we had a great sleep everyday! Also, we particularly love the luckin coffee which is at the next block.

It is not a big problem but there is no fridge. Walking distance to nearest metro station was about 15mins away with the speed of my old parents. Best to take a taxi around.

Location. 15mins walk to People's park and Kuanzhai Alley a short walk from there. Staff can converse in English, polite and helpful. Room is spacious. International breakfast variety is fine.

No room safe box. The bathroom is big but not well designed. The shower cubicle is too close to the WC. Tall people's knees may knock the glass when seated. The clothes rack should not be above the luggage rack. It hinders the luggage from opening if you have clothes hanging above. Should move the clothes rack to next to the wall mirror since there is appropriate place for it.

The staff were incredible; I have limited mandarin and they all were so kind and patient to speak with me in English. I arrived earlier than check in time and they were able to find me a room so I could rest after night flight. Honestly the place was like a home, so close to everything, I felt cared for and definitely would stay there next time.

Everything was great; excellent value for money I wouldn’t change anything (except maybe coffee cups to go, but I know I’m the gringo here !)

Location: very near to the park and Tianfu Square, kindness of the staff, very spacious and comfortable room.

* The air con was not working in the first couple of nights, but they provided us with a fan. * Every day the cleaning lady was forgetting to replace the proper amount of towels/toilet paper/ body wash... * Breakfast was not very child friendly and the food was veried but not excellent. Overall OK for an adult, but my kids could not eat anything apart from drinking milk.

location was very accessible and convenient. only a few minutes walk away from people's park. many tourist spots are also closeby, with a lot of food options right under the hotel. there is a variety of food served during the included breakfast. the stay was made comfortable by the kind and welcoming staff, especially grateful to xiao wang and chen jie for helping us with the food delivery and recommending us places to visit during our stay.

Huge rooms that function well. As with all hotels in China, the standards differ to Western standards. Powerful shower and huge bathroom. The staff on the front desk are so helpful and friendly. The manager (Louis I think) was very friendly and helpful to my mum and very kind to my children on arrival. Breakfast with Western option. About ten mins walk to nearest subway and excellent value for money.

Dated style wise but that doesnt bother us personally.

Front desk staff 小严and 小胡 made my stay really exceptional. They were friendly and patient, assisting to my needs during the stay. Especially 小严, she even went beyond the usual standard of service to assist me in booking my panda park tickets when I experienced last minute payment issue. Her assistance made my day in Chengdu a great one- did not have to give the attraction a miss! Overall hotel cleanliness is good. Family room was really spacious and worth the money.

The hotel location on Google is wrong. Should be mentioned on the hotel page on booking.com. It's not nice to arrive late and get lost, then take a taxi to get to the hotel correct location. The staff looks like they lost hope this issue will be solved. Many reviewers mentioned this error before, but nothing has been done. Except for this annoying issue, the hotel is very good in all aspects.
