- customer service is superb both before and during the trip (English is no issue) - room is spacious and clean, all items in good condition. the view is good over the river. I was happy to be here for 3 weeks. - location is excellent with subway line 1 and multiple bus lines minutes walk away from the building. It's easy for ubers to find as well. - breakfast is great, there are variety of food on weekly rotation, you can have noodles and eggs made to order as well. - my 4 year old played in the indoor playground everyday after breakfast with his new friend from the hotel for at least 1.5 hours. - there is security at ground level 24/7 and concierge is open 24/7 as well. I felt safe staying here. - there is a 7/11 at ground level of the building which is super convenient.

We stayed at the Somerset Riverview for a week . The room consisted of a Large open space with a king bed, a full kitchen and plenty of storage . The unit also has a washer/ dryer - which was awesome ! The breakfast was delicious consisting of a combination western/ local buffet . The swimming pool was a bonus too . The staff were great providing wonderful and immediate service . The location was perfect for us as it was in walking distance ( under 20 minutes ) to several attractions and 5 minutes to the subway . We were sad to leave .

We had a wonderful stay in one of the very spacious apartments this hotel has to offer. You really feel you are living at your own place in Chengdu. Ot was great to rest and work. The apartments are amazing, and great value for price. The breakfast is very authentic, copious and delicious. The hotel has a nice pool, a very large fitness room with a good selection of machines, and even a boxing ring! You can do all kinds of activities inside but are also in a location barely a 10 or 15 minute walk from great restaurants and lively spots

It is very clean and very spacious with almost 700 sq/f rooms, and the staff were supper friendly. It provided everything you need and even the things you might or might not need. If you book any room with **01 number, you will have the view with the entire city, especially the night view from the windows surrounded the room. It has a rooftop garden on 34th floor where you can see the fantastic night view and take pictures. My husband and I enjoyed the roof garden every night by sitting there with a bottle of beer.

Although the breakfast is good, comparing with other the Somerset hotels such as the ones in Chongqing and Shenzhen where we also stayed during this trip, it lacked varieties.

room was good and i like the apartment style rooms. very spacious and this room didn't smell like someone had been smoking in it. i was only there for less than 10 hours but it was great for a shower and resting stop.

the reception should make sure they serve the next person waiting in line. in china people have a habit of not waiting in line and going straight to the counter. the reception staff should make sure to ask the guest to wait and wait to be served in order. entry to the place was difficult for the taxi driver and me to find. i think they are doing some road renovations.

During my stay in China I booked this hotel twice and really enjoyed both stays. The suits I really enjoyed staying in were "non smoking suits in upper floors". The provided breakfast was awesome!!!! A choice of chinese and continental options and good coffee. Amazing view from the rooms and even better from the roof top.

During the first stay I got changed to a suit which was a smoking one and it was rather smelly and a bit run down compared to the other ones I stayed in. So if want cleanliness and a fresh suit preferably book a "non smoking suit.

It is very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The room is very specious with a great view of the city and the river. It has a roof garden on 34th floor for you to enjoy the city lights with a nice breeze. I booked 4 rooms for a week for my family gathering we had a wonderful time. I would book the property again when I visit Chengdu next time.

I compared their breakfast with that of Somerset in Chongqing and Shenzhen, they have more variety with fresher fruits, and food choices.

It hides behind a bank; The sign is not clear; I walked into the bank with my luggages; Parking in front to off load or upload is tricky. Internet connection is not good. A bit dated inside the apartment with peeled paints and scratches. No cupboard light to see things in the luggage.

We stayed here with our big family for 4 nights in 2 big suites. The service was really exceptional. Zoey and Cala were very professional and hospitable to help us navigating our stay. Lots of facilities to enjoy: Gym, entertainment room, great breakfast, free parking etc. very good value for money for such a central location.

Room is spacious. Best part of it - UTILITIES!!! Room has everything been you will need for longer stay (washing machine, big fridge, microwave, oven...). Tip: nearby Maan coffee on 1F is better for breakfast.

Location on Booking is 100m inaccurate. Parking is about tricky to find also, on B2 with no sign where to go. No bathrobes. Asked for higher floor, we got 17(16-33F is guestrooms). Wifi is locked and to use it you need help from reception-why?no why...Make sure you let reception know your car plates or you'll pay 90¥. Asking for 1000rmb deposit, even Booking said 500.
