Nothing to complain except to tell you not to over rate over next time my room rates will go up. 8/10 is good rating for the price you pay compare with HK hotels

The hygiene of the hotel is very good, and every corner is clean and tidy, which makes people feel very comfortable and reassuring.

The room is spacious and clean. The toilet is also well maintained with hot water shower and tap. We stayed for 4 nights and they make up our rooms and top-up drinking water every day.

The receptionist attending to our check-in the middle of night was courteous and very helpful and explained the check in and rooms to us patiently. The day time receptionist was not courteous to the questions we had and was more interested in her handphone than helping customers.

Strategic location with 2 metro line stations underneath the building. Nice park view from the 18th floor unit. Nearby Beijing Lu pedestrian walk with lots of good eateries. Well equipped apartment with daily cleaning.

Only 2 set of towels and toiletries, 2 bottles of water provided for 4 guests. Also insufficient toilet rolls provided.

Very good location. At the top of a mall, you go down to the first floor and you have an entrance to the subway. Very complete room.

Unfortunately, I was treated badly by a person at the reception. For an "international" company, no one at reception speaks English. Everyone tries to communicate with translator. Likewise, everyone was very friendly, except for one person. A person at the reception who I was able to take a photo of, was very disrespectful and impolite. He didn't say hello, he looked almost hateful as if foreign people bothered him, nor did he try to help. People like him should not attend to the public. On the other hand, the rest were very kind. Even when I arrived, a boy came looking for me on the street. Well overall, this rude person aside, I highly recommend the place. Very complete and very good location.

Location is great, lot of shop and restaurant. Room is good also, cleaner will do cleaning everyday.

Rest room heater need to improve, because always wait for heater delay take bath time.

Perfect location -- above A Mall and metro downstairs. This is super important in Guangzhou! Also near Beijing Lu.

Smoke in the rooms from previous people/through the vents, but this is an issue all throughout China with mid-tier hotels... You can ask for a non smoking room, I wish I did.

It is near Beijing Road. The room has everthing you need as microwave, wash mashine, iron, refrigerator….ıf you want, The housekeeping cleans the room everyday. The receptions help us very much, especially thanks to one of them but I don’t know his English name. He immediately solves every problem we had although he does not speak english:)

Good location, easy to get taxi out. Flat is fairly clean, no cigarette smell or toilet smell. Room with good AC and nice big windows. Bed is comfortable, washing machine was very helpful to have. Kitchen is empty. Only 2 tea cups available.

The apartment is a bit difficult to find. No dryer in the unit, only washing machine so we need to hang the clothes after washing it
