I loved the city view from the room and the bath tub with the Tv. The bed was really comfortable too. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. As foreigners, we really liked the western style cold cuts, bread, full English breakfast, cheese, pickled veggies, etc. Our room was nice and comfortable too. We got cookies when checking in and they were still hot😄😊

There were no shampoo, bath gel and conditioner available by the bath tub, only in the shower and they were fixed there. I don't know how I was supposed to use them this way. Should I climb out of the bathtub soaking of water to collect some shampoo from the shower in the middle of my bath session? Hahah😄 not a big deal but would have been better to have some available by the bath tub as well.

I hardly have time to write reviews but this hotel exceeded my expectations and I have told everyone that cares to listen to stay here on their next trip to Guangzhou. My room was clean, power shower was superb, the buffet variety was really good too, friendly staff and some could communicate in English. The location is also great, very close to most places I needed to go. Would I stay here again? Yes definitely.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Nice pool. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. Spacious room, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, beautiful view from the window. Wonderful and very friendly staff. Special thanks to the concierges: Perry Law, Jerry and Dylan - polite, punctual, always come to the rescue, solve any issue. Guys, you work cool, clearly and professionally. cool guys!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Allen Xie assisted me with all my requests during my stay, I was greeted by every staffed I walked by. Location is great with lots of food options.

Shower head placement. The shower head with directed at the window and I didn’t notice when I turned the water on I sprayed water everywhere. (Apologies to the cleaners)

The stuff is friendly but not everyone speaks English (even receptionist), but exept for the bellboy, named Fooyu. He is very friendly, helpfull and speaks very good english. Also the houskeepers are very friendly.

Receptionist does not speak fluent English.

staff is very helpful, especially compliment to Mary (or May) lin, we checked in early, she was very nice to set the clean order early, so we can check in early after an overnight flight

What I observed bad that the reservation was breakfast through booking while that not communicated to hotel and they charged it separately

Everything was great. Nice pool. Great spa. Comfortable rooms. Staff were amazing from the desk staff to concierge that spoke English and so helpful. Much appreciated.

Only a small thing. The lounge by the door wouldn't let you sit and wait there. The seating they did have in the lobby was always full and a long way from the door if waiting for taxis. It was not obvious what restaurants were open for dinner.
