Very comfy room and the hotel in general. Great location, not far from major attractions and the train station. Extremely helpful staff - helping me book a tour, order something online, and waiting with me to make sure the tour picks me up. Great attached coffee house with 1 free cup for every booked day. Lovely decor. Elevator.

Just a small pet peeve - the shutters on the window were annoying to operate. And the lights system was a hassle to figure out.

The room was gorgeous and clean! Peaceful and serene. The staff are all lovely and friendly, extremely willing to help with all requests. Great location along the river. Love the big bathtub and good hot water supply. We would definitely come back if in Guilin.

My suggestion would be an electrical blanket would be excellent in wintertime, as it gets quite cold.. Or an AC machine with a remote that doesn't require the key card to use.

Room is clean, location is great, close to a lot of good restaurants, service is very good, reception are very friendly.

The Air conditioner in the room is bit loud when it is turned on.

The coffee shop doesn’t open till nine so we weren’t able to enjoy the very delicious looking coffee because we had to leave early for the Li river cruise.

Clean and nice rooms. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. They went beyond my expectations to help me with my questions and travel plans in Guilin. I highly recommend it.

The staff’s hospitality is tops. They were very helpful in terms of giving information about the area and tours. They even packed our breakfast when we had to leave the hotel very early. Thank you! The room was cleaned daily and we could get free tea and water. The bed was comfortable and large enough for two people.

The only drawbacks are the location because it is a bit difficult to point out the exact address on the didi app as the hotel name is registered in Chinese there, and the other one is the air conditioning. The vent is positioned in such a way that the air blows right on your head when you sleep. Otherwise, the hotel is worth it.

The staff at this facility has such amazing hospitality! They went above and beyond to ensure that I had an enjoyable trip even when inconveniences came up that had nothing to do with them they helped me out. I highly recommend their guesthouse it’s so lovely and welcoming and clean!
