Courtyard by Marriott Suzhou

Perfect location if you want to stay in the new town. Subway station is a few meters away so very convenient to go anywhere. Breakfast was rich enough.

Nothing much to do around the hotel at night. A small convenient stores are nearby though.

Location of the hotel is perfect given business in the SIP district. Breakfast is a great selection of fresh fruit, bread, museli, hot food and local noodles and dumplings. The fresh juice is also a great touch.

Nothing that I felt was unpleasant about the hotel- as a business traveler, it met all my key needs.

Everything was perfect! Nice breakfast, location. I will come again.

Maybe the shower in the bath room. It wasnt a seperate shower section installed on executive floor. Im very tall and the warer pipe wasnt long enough

Location and cleanliness of the hotel is perfect. It's about 10mins walk from Suzhou center and the hotel was so clean. Breakfast was delicious.

The range of food at breakfast was quite limited in comparison to other hotels.

I traveled with my 2 yo son and stuff were very helpful during all our stay, especially during breakfast time, when we checked in and were leaving hotel, Mark helped us with DiDi, while I was installing car seat for my little one. I highly appreciate it! Room was clean, breakfast had western varieties. I like location, it is walkable distance to lake, shopping mall, restaurants and coffee shops around. Very close to metro station. I also appreciate that hotel provided us with a small robe for my child. We enjoyed our stay and came back for a weekend later.

perfect location in Suzhou and the staff were extremely helpful - especially Sue at reservations and the two concierge guys good breakfast

buffet dinner was not consistently available and the food on the dinner menu wasn’t all that good

Great location, we like staying there, great value for money. especially if you book a room with executives lounge access. lovely stuff in the lounge!

Excellent customer service. Beautiful hotel with a high standard. Clean and tidy throughout.

Later opening times for the restaurant would have been preferred, given that it was in a hotel.

I loved the location and how close it was to everything . It’s very convenient and suitable for those who want to visit the city for business or pleasure . The staff at the front desk , at the facilities , room service and at breakfast are super friendly and helpful . Especially Nancy she goes above and beyond making sure that your needs are met. She was on point with remembering my breakfast order , plus I can’t forget the birthday surprise , upon prior request. They did an amazing job and I will definitely be returning.

The shower pressure was a little too powerful and couldn’t be adjusted .I adapted to it , but maybe if a family has kids it may not be appropriate or the water pressure maybe too strong for them .

I missed the breakfast but wow the staff in all locations, they were friendly and welcoming. Everything was done politely friendly and professionally. I will stay there again and be very happy to do so.

All good so no complaints from this boy
