The hotel is right opposite the famous shopping mall lined with branded shops and also walking distance to the metro station. The room is uniquely designed with space for reading and pantry for storing food. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious with bathtub to enjoy. We only paid half of the normal price for the breakfast which was only RMB50pp. We thought this is really a good deal as the buffet breakfast served a lots of variety of food including the local traditional food. The staffs were all very nice and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely go back if we were to visit the city again.

Service staff and housekeeping staff were excellent, housekeeping staffs were extremely accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable Hotel breakfast had a variety of spread and food was delicious too. Location superb being very central and near to MRT line 2 which makes it convenient to get to practically all attractions nearby. Also located next to a high end shopping mall with plenty of food choices too. Will definitely recommend, good value for money !

Aircond was too cold despite tuning down the aircond

Walking through the parking lot to get to the hotel No proper hotel entrance as cars are parked very haphazardly making it difficult for drivers to drop off at the real entrance Not close to train station

The hotel is conveniently located next to the large, up-market, Deji Plaza malls - think luxury brands, but also internationally recognisable restaurant chains and non-local food. The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff very accommodative to feedback and requests. The breakfast buffet also offered a satisfying array of Chinese and international cuisine. Service was excellent all around, staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay.

It was hard to find someone who spoke English at the front desk and at the restaurant. However, everyone was super kind, nice and willing to help - despite of the communication difficulties with the English language The gym was closed due to a renovation but we have not been informed at the time of the booking

Everything went really well. The staff was extraordinarily helpful (our luggage was lost and they helped us with all administrative steps for example), the breakfast varied and the location great. The rooms were quiet and very clean. I enjoyed the view on the city at night. I would stay at Central hotel again without hesitation.

Staff was very friendly. Sound insulation between the rooms was good enough, didn't hear the next door so much.

Sound insulation to the street was very poor, so the traffic sound (honking) can be heard constantly.

Great downtown location, very spacious and comfortable, great breakfast catering to both Chinese and Western tastes, staff were helpful although only limited English was spoken.

The entrance is hard to find through the chaotic mess that is the car park. Lots of traffic noise from outside although that’s everywhere in Nanjing.

The swimming pool and gym facilities are lovely but fairly tiny. There is one changing room for each gender and you have to walk through the fitness room to get to the pool. There was no lifeguard or anyone in the vicinity - a possible safety hazard. I had a room on the inside of the semi-circle so I didn’t have a proper window but instead had a balcony overlooking the breakfast room. The room was still bright but not the view I was hoping for.

Hotel ia very comfortable. Breakast excellent. Rooms small but new and fresh. Staff very helpful.

They advertise indoor pool but it's being in alteration for few months. They offer alternative pool instead, but I think they should say stright away that pool is not available, especially that I was in contact with them over email.
