Location. Absolutely kind and friendly staff. When busy, they should consider having two people preparing the omelettes, but I like their offering overall.

The rooms a little bit outdated. My bathtub was making strange boices and felt like it might crack and breack when. I was taking a shower. Bathtubs are from the past. No one is using them. Shower cabin is much more appreciated.

I got a great loft room, which was really nice. Air conditioning in the room was very efficient and the design was great. I had really good sleep in the quiet room and the bed was very comfortable. Location for visiting the Pudong Expo Center was perfect.

For water saving the shower head was equipped with flow restrictor which made showering quite uncomfortable. The button/switch to change the water flow to the rainfall showerhead was also stuck, so I couldn't use it. Shower area could have been cleaned better. The bar and restaurant in the hotel were both closed. Only breakfast was available.

The location is superb, directly above line 2 Century park subway station which makes it very easy to reach any destination in the city. Moreover the hotel is directly opposite to the entrance of Century Park. One very good thing is that you can switch of the heating and open the windows to bring the room temperature down. Hotelrooms in China tend to be very hot (26 degr. +)in the winter period.

The food selection during the breakfast is a bit limited, but nevertheless offers a decent standard breakfast

Really nice staff - especially the lady at the reception who was really kind and went out of her way to help with some issues I had with my local phone number. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. In front of the hotel is a beautiful park: I recommend walking there as well as walking from the hotel to the financial district area - this is a beautiful walk and you can see really nice and modern part of the city.

No negative comments

The hotel is located at the metro station one stop from the line to the airport Pudong, very convenient to get to hotel from airport and back, few metro stops from the walking Nanjing street. Across the road is the park, good for jogging and walking. Next to the hotel is KFC and small food shop, 10 minutes walk is a street with banks, massage salons, 20 minutes walk from the exhibition. Good for exhibition stay.

Modern hotel with location facing Shanghai Century in Pudong, you exit hotel and walk directly into the Park. Direct metro station access to the hotel, which let you jump on the metro to catch Maglev to Pudong airport (PVG) Glad to see that hotel follow "green policy", nice! Very helpful personnel, thanks Ms Amanda to help with my luggage! Good breakfast, starting at 7:00 which allowed me to get it even on the departure day. Flawless wi-fi

Regrettably the restaurant in hotel still closed, when travelling alone it is good to have this possibility. However some restaurants and cafeterias (even the famous one) available around. else you get on a taxi and get you driven to the center.

As a vegan at breakfast there was food I could eat so I would expect most dietary requirements could be accommodated. The location is very good with the hotel on top of Century Park subway station and across the road from the park itself. I spent a wonderful first day wandering the 5km plus park and completely forgot that I was in a megacity. I would recommend this for anyone who once a nice peaceful base for days sightseeing or who wants to be on the Pudong side of the river. Staff are helpful and the hotel is well run.

Very good position for the exhibition center and direct access to the subway. City center is 20/30 minutes by taxi. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast offers a wide range of food.

Checking in took a lot of time as it is not always easy to understand or explain, staff is kind and friendly though. There is not much space available in the lobby to sit and talk and the coffee bar opens only late afternoon. There's a Starbucks across the street.

Location is classic. ambience is good. checking and checkout was smooth. travel arrangement done by hotel to SNEC was class..! i will always stay in this hotel only while in shanghai. i will strongly recommend prospective traveller to stay in this hotel. i am happy that i stayed here..!!

nothing as such. vegan food items should hv been more. hotel staff , atleast receiption area should under/speak english for convenience of international travellers. give some things cookies in room as complimentary. atleast englishing reading is must for receiption employees.

It was not my first stay in this hotel, but last time was before Covid and they have done some refurbishing /improvements since then. Room was very comfortable and cosy, elevators run smoothly and are easily available. Location is very convenient, just above metro station and opposite a great park where it is nice to go running or walking. Breakfast was slightly disappointing compared to what I remembered, but still quite ok.
