I liked that I found 100% my request , also ofcourse Location depents your trip so if for exhibition its perfect but ifyou do not like to much business smell its better to fare a way from business center and exhibition center.itis clear better to book fare a way from exhibition center.

I did not like to staf in Restaurant when I like to enjoy for dinner buffe, it was to many reservation note on table so they just show me wery poor location which I do not like to enjoy it finaliy during my dinner at list 45 min no body come this table and most of emty so I do not like to this policy

Hotel has extremely great location if you need to get to Shanghai International ExpoCentre, as the entry is 50 m from the hotel. It is also convenient if you arrive at Pudong airport - 35 minutes by car, or you can take metro line 2 or Maglev and then switch to line 7 (terminal station is 150 m from the hotel). Hotel is linked through a gallery with the shopping mall, food court and metro station. You can get to the old town and City by taxi in 20-25 minutes or you can take metro (approx. the same time). There is a Century park located near the hotel - great place to relax. Hotel itself has awesome facilities starting from rooms and ending with swimming pool, spa and children entertainment zone. Three restaurants and bar serve good food, and The Cook has buffet times twice a day. Staff was friendly and helpful, we had no problems with any requests during our stay. We chose room at The Club executive flour, and it included a lot of amenities and extra facilities (with lounge for business and relax purposes) which was definitely worth the money.

There was zero negative experience, everything was great.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and able to provide us with details of locations I need to go. The room has a really good view and I was a provided with what I need for a good stay. The only suggestion is for the hotel to provide coffee sachets. I only found teabags and no coffee.

There isn't anything I didn't like. If I were to nitpick then I would say the lack of disposable shavers and toothbrushes. Other than that, there isn't any other things I didn't like.

A perfect business hotel in the area I needed to be in. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Why do all hotel lobbies need to smell like this!!!! What bad odours are they masking by spraying such sweet, fake smelling chemicals into the lobby... I feel sorry for the staff that have to work in that environment for long shifts The hotel offers airport transfers but the prices are insane. I found a great company that did return trip for the same price as one way quoted by Kerry.

Vegetarian food selection. Everything else was fine except for the goof-up made by the restaurant staff and checkout executive. They added a bill for another room to my checkout bill. They noticed only after I raised the issue and had to wait for 30 minutes just because of the lethargy and incompetence of the relevant people at the hotel. I advice all the guest check their bills carefully before paying.

Though the hotel facility has shown sign of age, the front desk , housekeeping and concierge personnel have delivered excellent customer care and services. Concerige personnel Bruce went to extra mile to assist in luggage handling and taxi arrangement. Aside, I have received a bottle red wine and birthday cake for my Birthday. Thoughtful and sweet gesture from the team. Thank you for making my stay a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Beautiful and clean rooms. It's just outside the Shanghai International Exhibition Centre. Great facilities like huge indoor swimming pool, comfortable SPA, and big real GYM, all facilities open till 11 pm. Veey good restaurants and cafés just inside the hotel building. Also, a small shopping mall and supermarkets are available.

Just the lobby is boring and small.

Breakfast was good with multiple options. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was perfect if you are staying for an exhibition.

Would have been great if they had more international options for breakfast. Signage about the connectivity with the attached mall and directions to the different entrances for the exhibition could be improved.

The hotel was very clean and grand. It also has a shopping mall next to it. The breakfast were excellent , you will be spoiled with so many options. The bar and restaurant at the ground floor serves beautiful steak and beer. Housekeeper was really nice and thoughtful. She realized that I drink more Breakfast tea and She left me extras tea bags. Front desk staffs were also very friendly.

I’ve stayed more than 10 times at this hotel and this is the first time I’m having an issue. The only problem with my last stay was with the housekeeping although I asked them to clean their room several times they did not perform a proper cleaning. People up at the front desk helped a lot so we complete our vacation at the hotel.
