The room was lovely and spacious with a lovely ensuite with a bath, which I loved. We were able to make use of the excutive lounge which was so quite and provide lovely food and wine. The hotel was beautiful and and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and most spoke english and that was good for us.

The TV sound was turned down very low and did make it challenging to hear unless you were sitting close, we are in our seventies but neither of us have hearing issues

Rooms are great and so is the location. Clean and good breakfast! Helpfull personel.

Personel only speaks Chinese, before Covid this was much more English, that is not an improvement. We had booked Executive rooms with breakfast in the Executive lounge but....the canceled the breakfast in the Executive lounge. This was a big dissapointment because breakfast in the lounge was one of the most importand thing for us to book at this hotel where we stayed many times before.

The Location, Skyline observatory 360', comfort of room and the view, with many nice hotel amenities. I lived in Shanghai for 4 years and never stayed at a hotel in the city. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

The hotel is NOT labeled with its name! Nowhere on the street or entry does it read Pullman Skyway. My friend who came to visit was also unsure and went in to ask at the check-in counter before her driver left. I am also sensitive to smells and the lobby areas were smelling like sweet incense at certain times of the day. It may have been because of CNY week? My room didn't smell, however, so that was a relief. The breakfast buffet and restaurant items were expensive; with all the wonderful restaurant choices around the city, I suggest keeping that option as last resort.

My wife and I stayed on the executive floor for 16 days. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. We particularly like the breakfast, the afternoon tea and the happy hour. The location is very convenient as it takes less than 5 mins to reach the metro. Staff are very helpful to find taxi to move around.

We could not adjust the room temperature and it was especially difficult for us in the first couple of days as it was very hot.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Pullman Shanghai Skyway hotel for two evenings and was very impressed with the attentive service received from Mike in Concierge. He went out of his way to assist me with all my needs with a smile on his face.

The Executive suite with an all inclusive deal was of outstanding value and quality. The rooms were nice. The most fantastic part was the customer care assistant, Evelyn, who looked after us so well. She really made our stay extra special. Thanks Evelyn! 💖 The buffet staff were also all very professional and helpful.

The swimming pool and changing facilities are far past their best and a bit run down.

Very convenient with shopping malls and tube station nearby. Staff are very polite and helpful.

It would be better if the staff not cleaning the floor nearby while we're having our breakfast.

Check-In & Check Out very smooth and efficient. Staff very supportive. Location of Hotel close to city center hotspots but still easy to get to.
