The friendliness & politeness of your front desk staff, the concierge & even the housekeeper. All are very helpful. Special thanks to Zhang Yang, he helped to attend to all my needs for transportation. There is another lady at front desk that can speak very fluent English, I forgotten her name. Thumbs up to her & do put her as a service ambassador to attend to English speaking tourists like me - impressive Bed, room, water pressure in bathroom - very good & I'm lucky to hv a room facing the gorgeous City Wall..super beautiful at night. Very good spread of breakfast served Location superb..nearby to tourist attractions, many street foods available & shopping mall - all within walking distance

All good, just some feedback : Will be better if yr hotel hv swimming pool Piano lady should wear Hanfu dress to help promote the boutique at the lobby Would be nice if there is a lounge / bar for drinking at the ground floor

its location is the most convenient as we traveled with a 91 year old elderly gentlemen. The hotel is located right outside the South Gate of the ancient wall. the nearest subway station is right outside the hotel and there are plenty of shopping, eating and entertaining choices all with a few minutes leisure way away. Many tourist attractions such as the Bell Tower, Drum Tower and Muslim St are located near the hotel as well.

The hotel was once an iconic building in Xi’an yet it does show a bit of tiredness in current state. The room is comfortable and clean and ours has an amazing view of the ancient city wall and the square right in front however, it is more traditional in style and offering compare to other newer establishments.

Had a sensational stay here. I was honestly impressed. The room was great value and bigger than the other rooms I have had in China. The Concierges Tank and Clark were exceptional. Professional and friendly in a very genuine way. The location is perfect right near the south gate of the old city. You have subway line no. 2 right in front of the Hotel, allowing an easy way to explore the city on your own like we did. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Excellent location right outside of the South Gate to the city walls. Perfect for exploring Xian by foot. Rooms were clean with huge beds. Staff very friendly and attentive. The perfect base for a break in Xian - we have stayed there twice now.

The location is superb, great amenities surrounding the hotel. The staff were friendly and responsible, makes a new comer to the country felt at home and safe.

Although it's a smoke-free hotel, but there are guests that will smoke not only in the rooms but the corridors as well, leaving a strong unpleasant smell especially for the non-smoker

Concierge staff were really friendly. Location was great - near the train station and malls.

We reached at around 2am and the entrance to the place was pitch dark - we thought the place wasn't even open for business - turns out they switch off most lights at night (even in the lobby). Breakfast was average. Towels weren't the cleanest.

Property abit old, breakfast selection and quality generally fine but can be improved, staff service generally helpful but not as knowledgeable as hoped.

The breakfast is not very rich for the size of the hotel. There are not many kinds of hot and cold dishes. the facilities are seriously aging. bad bathroom.

Delicious breakfast, hotel situated perfectly to walk the old town, rooms / bathrooms not new anymore but everything there what is needed and very clean, will return for sure ☺️
