The location was very close to the Xi'an ancient city wall near the South Gate (Yong Ning Men), which is approximately a 15-20 mins walk away or a 5 mins drive. This hotel was located a short distance outside of the ancient city wall. The location was good because it is in between the ancient city wall and the Everbright City (Bu Yue Cheng). The staff were excellent and I personally enjoyed the unlimited access to free water bottles in the hallways. This was super convenient and is to be highly commended to the hotel. The staff also provided loan umbrellas on a rainy day.

The only thing of the hotel I did not like was the stupid entrance with a complicated steps in all kinds of directions. This made it very difficult for people with luggage as it was difficult to pull luggage because you had to lift it up multiple times just to get to the lift/elevator. Other parts of the hotel were all fine except this one part.

Perfect location, staff constantly went above and beyond our expectations, good metro link, good access to taxis, beds were extremely comfortable and facilities perfect for a long or short stay as they had good laundry facilities. The staff treated us like family and made us feel like at home. Xiao, xiao, Jinjung, kai kai and Jiazhenhua were extremely accomodating. We enjoyed our stay very much. Xi'an has lots to do and is well kept with good facilities, restaurants and places to visit.

The breakfast selection needs some expansion and it would be nice to have an easier way to make customisations to your order, although they were very accomodating when we asked to make changes

We really liked this hotel - brand new, with a spacious room and bathroom, and very clean. Also, the hotel is not far from the metro station (about 10 minutes on foot) and from the old town and the city wall (15 minutes on foot). Near the hotel, there are also plenty of restaurants and small charming corner shops. Overall, we had a nice stay and the staff was very kind and helpful despite the language barrier.

The breakfast was good with fresh fruit and good coffee but the choice is relatively limited and repetitive if you stay for more than a couple of nights (as you have to choose from only a handful of set menus).

The triple bedroom we had was spacious, modern and welcoming decor with a large dining table. Water is provided and kettle for hot water. It was close to everything a tourist needs to the main centre the Xi'an city wall and bell towers and right next door a small supermarket shop. Two bathrooms and large rooms. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable and the whole space made us feel special.

8.30pm at night time the young person working the bar wasn't very happy to be serving beer to us and looked like she preferred to be sitting with her male friend. Coffee not easy to get or find at 07.00am and none provided in the rooms. BYO coffee

Staff attitude. We were rushing to join a day tour and couldn't eat breakfast, took the initiative to pack for us, huge portion too. Breakfast was simple and nice. Robot delivered toilet paper for us, so cute. unlimited water bottle for guest to help themselves.

No fridge and safe box. no proper lobby area for transport pickup and drop-off. Room just nice for 2 with very limited space to place luggage. The entrance path towards the lift is too narrow and steep to drag luggage.

Very hip, nice & modern designed hotel. The toilet is separated from the bath which is wonderful & spacious too. The staff at the desk are mainly youngsters. They are helpful & very responsive to questions. F Free laundry is helpful but the dryer machine takes too long to dry the clothes.

Not enough laundry & dryer machines. It will be good if there are options for coin laundromat in the hotel or nearby for those who prefer to get clothes washed and dried quickly could use the service.

The service was warm and helpful, it made you feel at home, the room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, you slept well, the location was excellent, the transportation was convenient, and it was easy to get around. Well equipped to meet all needs, tastefully decorated and tastefully furnished, breakfast was plentiful, varied and tasty, staff friendly and attentive. It gives people a warm feeling, safe and reliable, with safety facilities and reassuring.

It was the best stay during my 12 days in china. After my stay in Beijing city, I got sick, and arriving to this luxury location was one of the best things that happened to my and my throat virus. The staff was attentive and helped me a lot, although we needed to speak through the smartphone translator. The bed was the best bed of my trip and every little detail seemed to be taken care of before my arrival.

I loved everything, I could not complain about anything.

Very artistic with lots of artworks placed around the Hotel. Fashionably designed. Good coffee. Set meals for breakfast with a small selection between sandwiches and soup dishes- the meals will definitely fill you up. Fresh fruit and joghurt are served with the breakfast. Very well furnished.

You have to get up some flights of stairs to get to the elevator, there are some ramps but it's still a bit difficult to get up with heavy suitcases. Pick up is only available if you pay in advance.

I love the modern design and cleanliness of the room. Location is very convenient and love that it has a bar. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Good cocktails from Magic!

It will be good if they have a full-on restaurant or offer meals coz for foreign tourists, it will be nice to have a meal in the hotel after a long day of sightseeing. Otherwise everything is excellent!
